Capas Tarlac attained first place in the Grand Municipal Category of Belenismo Competition in the whole Province of Tarlac. The Belenismo is a boot design that has different colored lights that shone the whole place. it was shown on its design. Belenismo also means “the heart of making a Belen”. It emphasises the birth of Jesus which is celebrated in Christmas. Belenismo is one of the most popular activities during the Christmas season as the meaningful messages and dazzling lights are enough to capture one’s attention. But behind all of these a lot of people are working hard to celebrate and give people happiness. All of the hardwork the people made for this not only to be an attraction to the people but also be a piece that captivates the eye of the many enough for it to win the first place.
