RETURNS POLICY

All merchandise returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) form provided by Dorfman Milano which can be obtained from our customer service department. The RA number must be visible on the outside of all cartons. Failure to do so will result in a $50 administration fee charged to the customer.

Any irregularities in the shipping of merchandise to customer must be reported to Dorfman Milano in writing or by phone within 15 days after receipt of the merchandise, otherwise the shipment will be considered correct and acceptable. Dorfman Milano will not be responsible for any merchandise claims received after a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.

If the item is made to order, all sales are final unless there is a quality issue or error in production as determined upon inspection. The customer has 90 days from the date of shipment to report any issues. Return freight will be paid by Dorfman Milano. Upon inspection, if it is determined that there is a quality issue or error, the product will either be replaced or a credit issued at the discretion of management. If it is deemed that there isn’t a quality issue or error then the hat(s) will be returned to the customer and no credit issued. Freight to return the product would be billed to the customer.

Any item returned through no fault of Dorfman Milano and is also a regular “in stock” item and deemed in good condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Once an RA is issued to the customer, the hat(s) must be returned within 15 business days otherwise the RA is null and void. Product must be returned in its original packing to avoid damages in transit.

All credits will be issued within 5 business days after inspection upon receipt.
