Science Museum of Minnesota PROFILE: While at Dordt College, Sarah participated in the Chicago Semester and held a graphic design internship at the Field Museum in Chicago, which turned into a full-time job after graduation. Currently, she lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. “I have always wanted to be an artist. Being from a small farming town, I never thought that it was an attainable career. Dordt changed that notion for me. The amazing professors nurtured my creativity, while also teaching me tangible skills that I could use in the real world. I was able to connect with several on- and offcampus experiences, which allowed me to see a variety of artistic careers in action and provided opportunities for my own career to grow into what it is today.”

PROFILE: Paul was honored as a national top 10
finalist by Entrepreneur Magazine as an “Emerging Entrepreneur of 2011.” He founded the online marketing firm Click Rain in 2008, and it has since grown to 10 employees, serving high profile clients such as U.S. Senator John Thune, U.S. Congresswoman Kristi Noem, and Avera Health.
“Did I know what I wanted to do when I graduated? Not at all. But Dordt College prepared me for Christian business stewardship. When I’m interviewing new employees, I often look for a liberal arts base, knowing firsthand the foundation it plays in forming a moral and ethical framework. Along the way, he’s garnered numerous awards for outstanding work, including Quality Awards in 2004 and 2006 and a 2009 Master Innovator Award. “As I look back now at my choice of Dordt College I would not make any other decision—because that foundation has been the right foundation for the rest of my life.”

NAME: Danielle Kamps Constant GRADUATED: 1999 OCCUPATION: Deputy County Attorney,
Pima County, AZ
PROFILE: Danielle was inspired to become a lawyer
after working for the U.S. Supreme Court on an off-campus program during her time at Dordt. After graduation, she went to law school at the University of Arizona, and ultimately got a job at the Pima County Attorney’s office, where she has conducted over 30 jury trials and was named Prosecutor of the Year for Southern Arizona in 2005.
