COURSE CUTOFFS Both distances will have a 6-hour time limit (3:00 pm), and the 30k will have an additional cutoff at aid station 3 (mile 14.2) at 1:30 pm. These cutoffs will be strictly enforced.

AID STATIONS Each aid station will have water, Gatorade, snacks, volunteers, basic first aid, and trash bins. Cups with fluids will be available for you to grab off of tables. You are encouraged to carry bottles and snacks as it will be more time-efficient than stopping (we believe this is an important aspect of the competition). Aid stations provide you with additional support and the option to not carry any personal fluids or nutrition. Please do not litter. It will result in a disqualification. Porta Poties will be at all aid stations.

GEAR CHECK & DROP BAGS Gear check will be available at Aid Station A. Drop your clothing and we’ll deliver it back to the finish line. 30Kers will have the option to supply a drop bag that will be delivered to Aid Station B (mile 9.5) and returned postrace. Drop zone will be clearly marked at the start area.
