Czinger was founded as the first example of a new era in automotive manufacturing. A showcase of technology that was birthed from the analysis of emissions over the entire life cycle of a car. The findings revealed that the greatest environmental impact on the planet stems not from the fueling of, but instead from how we build our cars. The solution is to reduce the material and energy required in manufacturing. Additive technology and AI optimized design allow for a greener, lighter, and safer solution to automotive manufacturing.

Czinger is capable of in-house full vehicle development, including (1) vehicle design, concept through release (2) systems engineering, including ICE and EV powertrain engineering and (3) general assembly. Czinger’s systems engineering team matches the world’s brightest application specific engineers with generative design software, patented materials, and 3D printing. The result is more efficient higher performing systems that ultimately create an incredible vehicle. Developed systems include: (1) the world’s most power dense production V8 engine (2) the world’s first 3D printed production transmission and (3) the world’s first integrated 3D printed braking system.
