I am Don Benitez, passionate about gastronomy, flavors and textures, that’s why I have traveled the world in search of unique and authentic dishes that feed the soul, in this adventure I came to Colombia, I fell in love with its lands, its landscapes and that’s why I stayed here.

I was born in Puebla, a small Mexican town that I keep in my heart, with unforgettable landscapes and great snowy mountains, with its mild climate, its colonial streets, the balconies with flowers, full of colors, flavors and smells that make you feel happy; Yes, I am a very Mexican poblano and I grew up there happily, I remember my childhood with nostalgia, because I come from a big, warm and loving family that always welcomes you with open arms when you get home.

That is why this restaurant is more than a place, it is a family that I want to give you, so that you can also enjoy the delights of my country, with its culture and traditions that unite us a lot.
