Si fa presente che la raccolta differenziata è obbligatoria, pertanto vi invitiamo a rispettare e seguire il regolamento. Ogni unità dispone di appositi bidoncini posizionati in zona cucina sotto il lavello. La zona rifiuti si trova nell’area parcheggio; ricordiamo di utilizzare i bidoni in modo appropriato.
We inform that garbage recycling is mandatory and remind you to follow all rules and instructions given. Each apartment is equipped with appropriated bins in the kitchenette corner, under the sink. We inform that the garbage collection area is located in the parking area.
EXTERNAL LINE: it will be open only on demand at the Reception. Once the line is open, dial “0” to make an external call. All the phone calls will be charged on the room’s bill.

Every room is furnished with a sat TV set with a certain number of fixed channels. The weather sometimes creates some problems at the signal. We apologize if this will happen, but it doesn’t depend from our set and it is not possible to improve the reception.

LAVANDERIA (PIANO -1) Al piano -1 è disponibile un locale lavanderia con lavatrice ed essiccatore automatici. E’ disponibile inoltre un locale stireria dotato di asse e ferro da stiro. Le macchine funzionano con monete da 0,50 €, 1 € e 2 €, il detersivo monodose è disponibile al ricevimento. Non è permesso stendere biancheria e vestiti da balconi e finestre.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES (FLOOR -1) On floor -1 there is a laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a ironing room with iron and ironing board. The machines can be used with 0,50 €, 1 € and 2 € coins. Laundry detergent capsules are available at the reception. It’s forbidden to hang out clothes or linen from balconies or windows.

PARCHEGGIO Il nostro Resort dispone di un parcheggio esterno e di un garage coperto a pagamento. Parcheggio esterno € 5,00 al giorno Garage coperto € 10,00 al giorno. In alternativa è disponibile un’area di parcheggio gratuita a circa 700mt dalla struttura.
The keycard opens: the room/apartment door, night entrance/exit door, ski and mtb deposit, garbage area, wellness area and parking/garage (if enabled by the Reception). During the night the main sliding door is closed. It is possible to access the Resort from the secondary door located under the emergency stairs by using the keycard.
CAR PARK In our Resort are available one parking and one garage upon payment. Outside parking € 5,00 per day - Indoor garage € 10,00 per day. Alternatively is possible to leave the car in the free parking area 700mt away from the Resort.
La chiave magnetica consente l’accesso a: stanza/appartmento, entrata/uscita notturna, deposito sci e mtb, area smaltimento rifiuti, zona wellness e parcheggio/garage (se abilitata dalla Reception). Durante la notte la porta d’ingresso scorrevole rimane chiusa. E’ possibile accedere al Resort, utilizzando la chiave magnetica, attraverso la porta secondaria posta sotto le scale di emergenza.

I bambini sotto i 12 anni possono accedere alla piscina solo se accompagnati da un adulto. L’accesso alla Zona Wellness è riservato ai maggiori di 16 anni. Dopo le 17.00 l’accesso Sauna & Relax è permesso a ospiti di età superiore a 16 anni. NOLEGGO TELO SAUNA € 3,50/telo Per accedere al Centro Benessere utilizzare la scheda magnetica. Children under 12 years are admitted in the swimming pools only if accompanied by an adult. After 5pm the access to the Sauna & Relax area is admitted only to guests older than 16. TOWEL RENTAL € 3,50/each. To enter the Wellness Center use the keycard. The full version of the house rules is available at the Reception and at the entrance of the wellness center.

Per gli ospiti in formula Bed & Breakfast il servizio è già incluso nel prezzo mentre per gli ospiti in Room only o Residence il costo per l’ampia colazione a buffet è di 12 € per persona al giorno. Ai bambini di età compresa fra 2-10 anni (non compiuti) viene accordato uno sconto del 50%, la colazione per infanti da 0-2 anni è gratuita. Prenotando la colazione per l’intero soggiorno avrai delle tariffe ancora più vantaggiose! Rivolgetevi alla reception entro le 19.00 del giorno precedente per prenotare la colazione!

SKI AND BIKE SERVICE SCI E SCARPONI Non è consentito entrare nel Resort con sci e scarponi ai piedi, ti preghiamo quindi di utlizzare l’apposito locale DEPOSITO SCI (piano -1) accedendo dall’esterno della struttura, seguendo la segnaletica. Nel locale deposito sci e scarponi troverai un armadietto riscaldato dove potrai lasciare in sicurezza la tua attrezzatura. Puoi ritirare alla Reception la chiave del tuo armadietto.
SKI AND SKI-BOOTS It’s forbidden to enter in the Resort areas wearing skis or ski-boots, we recommend you to use the SKI ROOM (floor -1) entering from the outside the Resort, following the signposts. In the Ski Room you will find a heated deposit where you can lock your equipement. You can ask for the key of your deposit at the Reception.
