Meet Joe Breisch owner of Northwind Exteriors

MY NAME IS JOE BREISCH and I grew up in River Grove as the youngest of three boys. We were active and competitive, with supportive parents who taught us to work hard and be respectful. I attended East Leyden High School and studied business and marketing at St. Norbert College, where I played football for four years.

I met my wife, Jacqueline, before my senior year of college in 2009, and we’ve been together ever since. We moved back to the suburbs 12 years ago, got married, and started our family. We live in Rosemont with our children, Aiden (8) and Everly (5), and our dog Maisy (11). Everly was diagnosed with Type1 diabetes and celiac disease at age 2, which requires constant care. Despite these challenges, she remains resilient, and our family is committed to giving her a normal life.

My career has always been rooted in construction and marketing. After working in various roles, I found my passion in sales at ABC Supply, focusing on roofing and siding. This experience led me to start Northwind Exteriors, a company dedicated to providing highquality materials and expert installation with integrity.

Northwind Exteriors played a significant role in helping the Park Ridge community after last year’s hailstorm. We provided storm damage inspections, guided residents through the insurance claim process, and ensured that high-quality roofing and siding systems were installed. Unlike other contractors, we use impactrated Malarkey shingles to help homeowners avoid future damage from similar storms.

At Northwind, we strive to make home improvement easy and stress-free. We offer instant roof quotes online and provide personalized estimates for siding projects, all without highpressure sales tactics. Our goal is to help homeowners love their homes again.

In addition to my work with Northwind, I am a co-owner of Velocity Cabinet Supply, offering custom cabinets, countertops, & more. I’m passionate about giving back to the community, coaching youth sports teams, and sponsoring local events in Park Ridge and Rosemont. I am grateful for the support of my family and community, and I hope to continue helping homeowners with their projects for years to come!
