In the early 1980s, Florence and George Theriault opened a small mail-order company, Dollmasters as a companion to their renowned auction house, Theriault's of Annapolis, Maryland. From its beginning the firm specialized in memorabilia from vintage childhoods, designed for the adult collector. Now that it is time for a change, we couldn't pick a better name than "Florence & George." Whatever the name, though, you'll find we have what you are looking for, because we don't just remember childhood, we revere it.

Ridley's Toys Vintage toys are wonderful. Whether they were wooden or plastic, electric or hand-wound, hand-carved or poured from a mold, some child loved it and knew, at the time, that no toy would ever again be as entertaining as this. Bavarian Pewter Art GERMAN PEWTER CHRISTMAS TREE This grand-sized German pewter Christmas tree is perhaps the tallest free-standing soft-metal Christmas decoration Florence & George has ever offered. Among the hand-painted details hidden in the tree are ten candles and a tiny angel lighting them, 30 different ornaments, an assortment of toys including a rocking horse, a doll, a teddy bear, and a drum set and finally, if you look closely, you'll even find a tiny squirrel trying to commandeer one of the decorative pine cones. 10 ½". Utilizing techniques over two centuries old each piece is handcast in Germany from molds that were handsculpted, and each individual piece is entirely handpainted.
