t was April 20, 2020 when it all started with LouLou...". The mischief and love for people joined the owner's passion for photography. So, moments later, the journey on Instagram began with the goal of creating memories and moments and sharing them with Katerina's friends and family.

After the move from London to the countryside, Katerina concluded that dogs show their true wild personality and in a very happy way! " As much as she loved her new surroundings, she was not the same as always, so I decided to get a sister for her! " .

In July 2022, Katerina and LouLou left for the Czech Republic to find another furry love who would join the family - KoKo.

Zoe's Family Interview

years ago I was far from imagining the impact a dog would have on my life, I never grew up with one and had no idea what it was like to have an animal in my care. "When that moment arrived Mónica, the mother of the family, was sure that she would have a great responsibility, she just didn't know that she was about to meet a new concept of LOVE that would change her life forever.

Zoe arrived by surprise into the little big family's life in September 2015, at just two months old.

"For many years I lived under the illusion that labradors were angels in dog form... you could really see that I didn't know anything about dogs and I confess that sometimes I felt intimidated because I didn't know how to deal with them. Nowadays, I understand and respect very much the essence of animals, I learned to look for alternatives that stimulate my bitches and above all prioritize their welfare on a daily basis. " .

Mónica and her boyfriend believe that babies, still inside the belly, get to know the world here

During her pregnancy Zoe slept almost always near her owner and spent a lot of time with her, and maybe that's why there was such complicity between them: "Giving our child the possibility to grow up with animals in a stable environment and respect for them is in a way raising his awareness for a future with more empathy and compassion. " .

On November 4, 2021 Zoe was run over outside her home and died an immediate death. "The fact that I wasn't home at the time and that my son saw her lying on the ground made me create a horrible image in my head. " Having to deal with my own grief and the grief of my 3-year-old son was the biggest challenge in my entire life, getting through that phase was not easy as it was a real daily wear and tear. After Zoe left us I was never the same again and I am aware of that, I went through a deep psychological exhaustion, I stopped working and stopped taking care of myself.... " .

Now the new beginning has arrived for Zoe's family: "Noa arrived with the spring of 2022. She brought us peace and comfort and knew how to show that she was happy to be with us. Ever wondered if you put your dog's harness on right?

The XUXO team tells us the keys to a perfect fit of the harness.

A good harness fit is important as it is something our dogs use several times daily, and misplaced over time, can result in unwanted injuries. How you adjust the harness will largely depend on the type of activity you will be doing. For higher intensity exercises such as running together, it is recommended a looser fit to allow the mobility of the limbs, and also the expansion of the chest produced by panting. On the other hand, you will perform a moderate exercise, such as a walk in the city, it is recommended to adjust it more, especially if the dog usually pulls. In any case, the harness should never be too tight, you should be able to easily slide a few fingers (human) between the harness and the body of your dog, both in the neck area as in the chest area. Is the shape of the harness important?

Absolutely! There are harnesses of different shapes, made of various materials, available on the market. When choosing a harness, it is recommended that it is made of a soft, flexible material that does not produce friction and that, once in place, its shape allows the free movement of the dog's shoulders.

A very popular type of harness is the so-called H-shaped harness. When they have several points of adjustment, the H harnesses adapt very well to the shape of the chest of the

dog and, as well as allowing good mobility, reduce the risk of irritation in the tracheal area or coughing, especially in dogs that pull. How should I adjust my dog's harness? Neem Oil or Margosa Oil

This is the most widely used natural insect repellent. It is super efficient and repels fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, flies and mites.

Catnip Essential Oil

This is one of the most effective insect repellents. Its effect is as effective as the synthetic repellent DEET. It has a very strong ability to repel mosquitoes and also repels fleas and ticks.
