Introduction This document outlines information to assist clubs in understanding the fess associated with Gymnastics Victoria (GV) and Gymnastics Australia (GA) membership in 2025. 2. 3.1 Club Public Liability Insurance It is a requirement of the National Affiliation Standards for all gymnastics clubs to have Public Liability (PL) insurance. GA Club Public Liability insurance is an optional product, clubs may choose to source their own Public Liability insurance. Clubs can opt-in via the affiliation platform in 2024. Insurance Policy schedules can be found on the Honan Insurance website.

3.2 Optional OneMusic Clubs may choose to opt-in via the affiliation platform to use OneMusic in 2025. Clubs can opt-in by a quarter-byquarter basis to the national licence agreement. Clubs that opt in to use OneMusic will be billed directly by GA each quarter. Participant Fees
The GV component of participant fees was voted on by Member Clubs, as a resolution at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
