What is Agent Advantage?

Agent Advantage was created with one goal in mind: to help agents across the country grow their business. The tools and products of Agent Advantage will make your life easier, help you look good and help you earn more money. This guide will cover everything you need to know to set up your free account and get started.

How to create your Agent Advantage account Start by going to agents.rate.com. The preferred browser is Google Chrome.

Click the red button on the right hand of the screen that says, “Sign Up.” Filling in the required fields: First Name, Last Name and Email Click “Next”

You will be prompted to answer, “Are you currently working with a Guaranteed Rate LO?” Select Yes or No If yes, select your LO by entering their name from a drop-down menu

Fill in the next set of required fields: ZIP, MLS ID, MLS Association, Phone and Password An email will be sent to confirm your account. Click the verification link in your email to finalize your account.

View and add remaining profile information.

Click ‘My Profile’ at top right black tool bar.

Click “Edit Profile”

Add or edit your information.

Edit your selected Loan Officer.

You are now set up with the mortgage tools you need to succeed!

An Agent Advantage account can make running your business much easier. Now that you’ve set up your account and logged in, you will see the variety of outstanding tools to help you succeed.

Linked, your new favorite referral tool.

Agent Advantage offers access to “Linked” the easiest way to connect your clients with your preferred Guaranteed Rate Loan Officer.

To access Linked, follow these steps: + Click “Refer a Client” on the left-hand side + Under “Co-branding made simple” click “Go to your account” + Click “Refer via Text” or “Refer via Email” + Enter your client’s first name, last name, and phone number or email + Choose your intro message by choosing the default message or by creating your own + Click “Send intro text” or “Send intro email”

Co-marketing materials that help you stand out.

Agent Advantage can help you promote your business with customized marketing co-marketing materials.

Our library of print and email marketing features materials for buyers and sellers as well as a wide range of topics related to mortgages.

To access these materials, follow these steps: + Log in to your Agent Advantage account + Click Co-Marketing on left rail + Click “Start Co-Marketing” or click the tile of your choice below (example: “Leads & Contacts”) + Click the sandwich menu in the top left corner + Click on “Marketing” + Click on “Create New” in Print or Email Marketing
