After successfully planning and operating their conference in San Diego, CA, DCi was awarded their 2023 program held at the Hyatt Regency Denver. Our team was tasked with sourcing, design, and production of all elements over the course of the 5-day program.
Highlights:
• Transportation services including group arrivals, departures, and specialty charters
• Two offsite events including a teambuilding at Lucky Strike and an experience at Empower Field at Mile High
• Staffing and design of a brand merchandise pop-up at the hotel
• Styling and production of the welcome reception, VIP reception regional dinners, and general session
• Sourcing and management of engaging entertainment including the Broncos drumline, DJ, and 360 photo booth
• Management of all Convention Center based events




Our team produced a 4-day National Sales Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Denver for a longtime financial client. We managed the program from start to finish by providing DMC services and core local destination knowledge.
Highlights:
• Transportation services including arrivals, departures, and hotel shuttles
• Design and production of four onsite events consisting of themed décor and entertainment
• Styling and lighting for the welcome dinner, VIP lounge, and two after parties, each with a Denver-infused vibe
• Sourcing and management of an engaging dueling pianos show.



Our team produced a leadership conference at the Broadmoor, Colorado Springs just an hour outside of Denver. This annual conference included the two-day reception.
Highlights:
• Featured a meticulously designed reception including an Italian, wine bar, and steakhouse
• Attendees were treated to a unique wine painting activity, blending the artistry of local wines with a delightful chocolate truffle pairing.
• The ambiance was further enriched by the melodious tunes of a local acoustic duo, providing a perfect backdrop for networking and relaxation.
