Two cable route options are currently under discussion. The nal preferred route will be informed by landowner preference, further engineering input, survey work and environmental assessment. The two options shown are:
Option 1: an east-west HDD route, constructed in two stages from a central temporary HDD compound, with limited trenching where required.
Option 2: a southern route broadly following the stream corridor, subject to ecological, hydrological and engineering review.
