WELCOME TO AROUND THE GROUNDS Term 3 is here and our GSV teams are ready to go!

Matches commence from Monday 28th with games scheduled on the following days: Monday - Seniors; Badminton, Soccer, Indoor Cricket Tuesday - 9-12s; Water Polo Wednesday - Inters; Badminton, Soccer Indoor Cricket Thursday - Juniors; Badminton, Soccer and Indoor Cricket See over for the full fixture summary.

Please note: There are some teams still being finalised by coaches, we will communicate this as soon as possible.

WATER POLO

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Please ensure you are all set and ready for your GSV commitments for Term 3.

This includes attendance at both training and matches as scheduled. You should now be able to see this on your timetable. It is expected that you attend all scheduled sessions and commit to your team for the full season. Any absences need to be communicated to your team coaches.

Students are required to always wear the full and correct sports uniform when representing MLC. For all sports you are to wear appropriate footwear, bring your own water bottle and any required medication. Specific sports requirements listed below.

BADMINTON Match Day Uniform requirements are the MLC competition top and MLC shorts/trackpants.

MLC will provide racquets to all players, however if you have their own, they are encouraged to bring them for both training and matches.

SOCCER For Soccer the Match Day Uniform requirements are as follows: -Soccer Gurnsey (provided by MLC) -MLC Football Shorts (provided by MLC) -Shin Guards (provided by MLC or bring your own) -Football Socks (available at the uniform shop) -Mouthguard -Football Boots INDOOR CRICKET Indoor Cricket Match Day Uniform requirements are the MLC competition top and MLC shorts/trackpants. MLC will provide the required equipment to all players for Indoor Cricket.

WATER POLO For Water Polo Students are required to wear the black MLC Swimsuit. MLC will provide numbered playing caps and all equipment. Please remember to bring your towel and warm clothes to change into for the trip home.

ALL TEAMS WHEN TRAVELLING AWAY: For teams that are fixtured AWAY games, you are to meet your coaches promptly at the Chapel car park by 2.50pm. You MUST have your name ticked off and be ready for a 3pm bus departure. Arrival time back at MLC will vary depending on travel time and venue. It is important that if you cannot play due to sickness or injury, this is communicated as early as possible to your coaches. You will be attendance tracked and all absences will need to be approved.
