FULL T&C’S FOR MARKETS

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions which are available from all Brand Ambassadors are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is only open to LITHUANIA residents aged 18 years and over who:

▪ Competitors should be drink professionals actually working in the participating venue;

▪ have permission from their employer at the Participating Venue to participate in the promotion;

▪ On the day of the National Final, all competitors will have to bring their own tools and glasses and follow the exact recipe they submitted during the entry phase.

▪ Changes to the recipe could result in points being deducted or disqualification from the competition.

▪ can take the major prize if selected as the winner, including being able to travel to the relevant countries or participate virtually on selected dates;

▪ are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the promotion;

Participants will only be confirmed if approved by employing venue and Teisseire or Teisseire distributors

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This promotion will comprise of the following stages:

a. Entry Phase– Online submissions around UNLOCKING TRUE FLAVOUR theme

b. First round – Local in-bar judging selection

c. National Finals

d. Global Final

The initial entry period for the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition will be open from 30 of March 2026 and will end on 10 of May.

The judging period for entrants qualifying for the First Round will start on 11 of May.

The competition National Finals will be held on the 17 of June 2026

The competition Global Final will be held from 19th to 21st of October 2026.

TO ENTER

To enter the competition, entrants must do so during the Entry Phase (defined below) and complete the entry form on mathieuteisseire.com website :

To be eligible for consideration for in-bar judging it must include the following details – entrant name; email address; phone number; Instagram account; entrants place of work; the full drink recipe including name of the cocktail, all ingredients and their measurements in ml, what is the hero ingredient from Mathieu Teisseire range, any garnishes used, any techniques used to prepare any ingredients of the drink; a detailed explanation of how their drink meets the competition entry brief as detailed on mathieuteisseire.com; 1 (one) hi-res photo taken of the entry drink (one photo with a bottle of the Mathieu Teisseire product used placed next to the drink) and must comply with the theme : UNLOCKING TRUE FLAVOUR

Each entrant is permitted to enter just one submission.

By entering Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition, you are giving the Promoter permission to share your image and name on Mathieu Teisseire and partner business social media channels as part of the Promotion.

ENTRY DRINKS CHALLENGE

To be eligible to enter the First Round of the competition, eligible entrants are required to create an original drink inspired by the theme “UNLOCKING TRUE FLAVOUR”.

Entrants must select one hero flavour from the Mathieu Teisseire syrup range available in their market (the “Hero Flavour”) and create a drink that reveals, elevates and expands its essence through colour, aroma, taste and beyond. One ingredient. A spectrum of senses. Infinite truths.

The entry drink is a central element of the competition and will be used to:

• qualify entrants for the local or National Final, where they will present their drink and recipe in person before a jury panel; and

• represent the entrant at the Global Final, should they qualify, where the competition will be conducted in English.

The competition entry must comply with all of the following requirements:

1. The drink must be built around one Mathieu Teisseire Hero Flavour of the entrant’s choice, available in their market. No minimum millilitre quantity is required.

2. Additional Mathieu Teisseire syrups may be used solely to support and highlight the selected Hero Flavour.

3. Entrants may submit either a hot drink, a refreshment, a cocktail or a zero-proof drink

4. The creation must work with at least the following three senses: colour, aroma and taste.

5. The drink must clearly demonstrate how each sense brings the Hero Flavour to life, as follows:

o Colour: natural, meaningful and not misleading or decorative without purpose;

o Aroma: a deliberate olfactory experience that engages the senses before the first sip;

o Taste: a balanced flavour structure that supports and enhances the Hero Flavour.

6. Each submission must include:

o the name of the drink;

o the selected Mathieu Teisseire Hero Flavour;

o a detailed recipe with exact measurements;

o detailed recipes and production methods for any homemade ingredients used.

7. Entrants must provide a brief explanation (three to five lines) describing how colour, aroma, taste and beyond are used to reveal the Hero Flavour and unlock its true flavour.

8. Homemade syrups and cordials are strictly prohibited.

FIRST ROUND – LOCAL IN-BAR JUDGING

After entries closed, all drink submissions should be evaluated ‘on paper’ by local BAs before arranging to judge them in person.This is to ensuretheyareof sufficient quality andresponding to the theme.

The in-bar judging period will take place between 11 to 31 of May 2026.

The local BAs will be in charge to contact the entrants to arrange a specific time / date to visit each venue selected.

The Top 8 finalists will be selected based on a points system following certain criteria as set out below:

JUDGING CRITERIA

TECHNICAL EVALUATION /7

- Ingredients checked

- No ice/ustensils dropped

- No liquid/ingredients lost during the preparation (i.e spillage)

- Correct measurements of ingredients (i.e conforming to the given recipe) and no leftovers

- Use of the correct technique in preparing the drink

- Incorrect glass handling during preparation or serving

- Overall impression on technical abilities

COCKTAIL EVALUATION - 30 points

Hero Flavour Expression – 10 pts

How clearly the chosen Mathieu Teisseire flavour is identified, expressed and respected.

• Immediate recognisability of the hero flavour

• Clarity and precision of its aromatic profile

• Supporting ingredients enhance not mask the hero flavour

LOOK & FEEL - 5 points

The immediate sensory appeal and drinkability of the cocktail. Does the drink look appealing ?

Does the drink taste great ?

Are the flavours balanced and layered well ?

Sensory Coherence – 10 pts

How the senses work together to create a unified sensory experience.

• Colour is intentional, meaningful and aligned with flavour perception

• Aroma prepares the palate and guides the tasting

• Taste delivers balance, structure and depth

• Are some other senses involved into the experience

Creativity & Interpretation – 5 pts

Originality and clarity in the way the flavour is explored and expressed.

• Creative use of format (hot, cold, zero-proof, etc.)

• Thoughtful and relevant flavour pairings

• Personal interpretation of “True Flavour”

• Simplicity and readability of the idea

How clearly the candidate explains their cocktail and concept.

How the candidate presents themselves behind the bar.

• Charismatic and engaging presence

NATIONAL FINAL

The Top 8 entrants (“Finalists”) will be required to compete in a series of challenges at the National Final, to be held on 17 of June 2026 at GASTRO STUDIJA (Iešmininkų g.6, Vilnius) , as determined by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to appoint reserve finalists and to replace any Finalist who withdraws, declines to participate, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, with a reserve finalist.

All successful entrants will be notified by the Promoter in advance of the National Final.

THE PRIZES

The Top 8 Finalists will be invited to the Flavour Masters National Final.

National Final Competition Winners (per country/market) will win:

• a Flavour master national winner trophy

• an all expenses paid trip to Global Final in France, including accommodation, flights, meals and other expenses.

• a 1000 € cash prize

• A potential contract with MTSR next year

The prize to attend and compete at the competition Global Final will comprise a trip of a maximum of 3 days in France: including: travel to and from each markets preferred airport, return flights to each respective market, accommodation, subsistence, and internal travel within the set itinerary. All reasonable expenses will be covered by Britvic at their discretion and any activates outside of the agreed itinerary or costs not deemed as a reasonable expense will be the responsibility of the prize winners to cover.

The trip will take place between from 19th to 21st of October 2026. The winners will fly from their market of residence and return to their market of residence. All correct valid visas and passports must be confirmed prior to travel by the participant. The prizes are non-transferable, must not be offered for resale, and rights to postpone the trip are reserved by the Promoter but cannot be amended by the winners.

THE GLOBAL FLAVOUR MASTER WINNER

The grand prize awarded at the Global Final of the competition will consist of a hosted international experience in one of the participating Flavour Masters 2026 countries. The winning Global Finalist will be invited to take part in a bespoke flavour immersion designed to deepen their understanding and experience of True Flavour on a global scale.

The prize is valued at approximately €6,000, inclusive of travel and expenses.

In addition, the Global Flavour Master Winner may be invited to participate in selected trade shows, guest bartending activations and educational seminars, and may enter into an annual representation agreement with the Promoter, subject to mutually agreed terms.

GENERAL

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employeesandagents)excludesallliability,foranyinjurysustained,loss,ordamage(including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility, liability, loss, or damage sustained as a result of or in connection with this promotion: for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted,

delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, and communications failure or otherwise; where there is no breach of any legal duty of care owed to the participant; where any loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of breach of any such duty of care; where any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and for business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable and to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value. The prize or its alternative must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in connection with this promotion.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to award the prize to the winning entrant.

Your personal details will be used for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and delivery of the prizes only. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable and will not be kept after the promotion has ended. You can withdraw your consent at any time but will no longer be able to participate.

By participating in this promotion, individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them and by any other promotional material.

The full name and countries of the prize winners can be obtained from the Promoter. The winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity, at the option of the Promoter, with no further recompense.

By signing up to and participating in the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition participants agree to be included in any photography or video during the competition period and agree the use of their name and image across all advertising is permitted until the end of the competition period.

The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant disappointment.

By submitting a competition entry and recipe, entrants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
