Jackson Hole is a 48-mile-long valley that includes the towns of Jackson, Wilson, Teton Village, Kelly, and Moran.
The term “Jackson” refers to the Town of Jackson, while “Jackson Hole” refers to the entire valley an extraordinary place to live, explore, and invest.
The Jackson Hole valley starts six miles south of Yellowstone National Park, goes through Grand Teton National Park, and tapers down to the width of the Snake River south of Jackson.
Jackson is the town within the valley.
There are more than 70 miles of multi-use, paved pathways maintained by Friends of Pathways year-round!

At the heart of the valley, Jackson blends Old West character with modern convenience. Downtown features shops, galleries, restaurants, and the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square. Residents enjoy year-round recreation— skiing, hiking, biking, and cultural events—just minutes from Grand Teton National Park.
Just beyond Jackson, the northern valley is defined by open spaces, preserved lands, and sweeping Teton views. Wildlife is abundant, with bike paths, river access, and Grand Teton National Park minutes away. The area offers privacy, outdoor adventure, and proximity to town.

South of Jackson
South of Jackson
From South Park Loop to Hoback Junction, this area offers wideopen spaces, mountain views, and a laid-back lifestyle. Residents enjoy abundant sunshine in the valley’s “banana belt,” quick access to downtown and the Snake River, and bike paths linking neighborhoods, schools, and trails.
Real estate options include family-friendly subdivisions, townhomes, horse properties, and custom hillside retreats appealing to a range of buyers.
Hoback Junction
Just 15 minutes south of Jackson, Hoback Junction blends rural living with riverfront beauty. Residents enjoy access to Astoria Hot Springs, Snake River Sporting Club, and endless outdoor recreation— perfect for those seeking peace and nature.

Wilson offers close proximity to the world-famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Village, and recreation on Teton Pass. Residents enjoy mountain biking, hiking, backcountry skiing, and boat ramps for Snake River access.

Teton Village is at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Living here pairs alpine adventure with luxury living. Acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, spas, and après-ski spots create a lively yearround hub.
Residents enjoy lift-served skiing, hiking, biking, and summer concerts —all set against sweeping mountain views. Real estate spans skiin/ski-out condos, slopeside lodges, and estate homes, making it one of the valley’s most sought-after addresses.
West NBank orth
West Bank / Teton Village Road runs from the Snake River Bridge to Teton Village. This area offers privacy, convenience, and resortstyle living. With bike paths, quick access to Wilson, and proximity to Grand Teton National Park, it’s one of the valley’s most desirable areas. Real estate ranges from golf course homes to short-term rental condos and luxury estates with Teton views.

KELLY, WYOMING
Set against the Gros Ventre foothills, Kelly offers sweeping Teton views, abundant wildlife, and direct Grand Teton National Park access. This historic community sits within the National Park and features rustic cabins, custom homes, and a K–5 school.
Moran & Kelly
MORAN, WYOMING
At the north end of the Valley, Moran serves as a gateway to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.
Known for tranquility and dramatic scenery, it offers ranches, lodges, private homes, abundant wildlife, and a K–5 school.
