ghd Halo technology lowers the hair surface temperature by up to 68˚F,4 helping to preserve hair integrity. This balance of heat and airflow ensures effective styling with no heat damage,4 leaving hair feeling healthy and hydrated.
Upstream of the heater, the airflow is divided concentrically: the majority travels through a central channel and passes directly through the heater, while a smaller portion is directed through an outer layer that remains cool.
As this outer stream flows along the barrel, it actively cools the casing, keeping it cool to the touch and allowing stylists to hold the barrel comfortably in any position.
Upon exiting the barrel, the cool outer airflow envelops the central heated stream at the precision-engineered air outlet. This stabilizes the hot airflow for a controlled, professional finish.
