Automotive National Conference

Attendees

A global automotive brand holds and annual 4-day conference for its U.S. based team. DCi has supported this client on three annual conferences including Anaheim, Austin, and their most recent conference in Nashville. Transportation, onsite events, an EXPO, offsite events, and sustainability/CSR goals are all included. Successfully producing this conference successfully required extensive local destination knowledge and innovative concepts from DCi as nationwide experts.

• Full first buyout of Nashville’s Food Assembly Hall

• Custom graphic design elements and décor concepts

• A brand-forward Expo Café which embodied company sustainable initiatives

Pharmaceutical Company Meeting

A pharmaceutical company hosted a meeting where their east and west coast sales reps connected on new product lines. DCi was tasked with sourcing, designing, and producing each meeting component, both on and offsite. The meeting was a tremendous success by combining education, team-bonding, and signature Nashville experiences.

• Management of all arrivals and departures to and from the meeting hotel

• An engaging offsite experience where guests cruised the Cumberland River on a paddleboat customized with branding element

• Entertainment sourcing and management of an 8-piece band for the offsite event

The Music City Center is set to host an exciting three-day event, featuring an array of activities. Attendees can look forward to an inaugural celebration, community service initiatives, a selection of giveaway gifts, and transportation services throughout the event's duration.

• Managing a puppy park at the Music City Center for attendees to enjoy.

• Organizing a custom guitar-building team activity for a unique bonding experience.

Annual Conference

DCi was the sole DMC awarded this program which operates in early 2026 out of the JW Marriott Nashville. The 4-day program will feature a range of experiences designed to emulate the local vibe of the destination and treat all attendees and their guests like Music City Super Stars.

Automotive Company

Over the course of six days, three waves of journalists attended the media launch of a new Italian luxury vehicle. Team DCi sourced the hotel and multiple locations to fit the brand, model, and client goals in the selected destination of Nashville. Each thoroughly vetted venue was styled to aesthetic perfection with all three waves being operated identically and to our high standards.

Highlights Include:

• Management and coordination of hotels, arrivals, and departures for all guests

• Sourcing, design, and production of offsite and onsite events

• Offsite vehicle presentation at Peter Nappi Studio, a local Italian shoe designer that aligned with the Italian luxury vehicle brand
