HOW TO APPLY FOR AREA COLLEGE CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT Updated: July 28, 2026

Concurrent enrollment gives high school students the opportunity to earn college credit while enrolled in high school. It is available at private and public Oklahoma colleges.

Note: Concurrent enrollment affects both your high school AND college transcripts.

STEPS TO APPLY & ENROLL IN AREA COLLEGE CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT Step 1: Apply.

Find applications on the college’s concurrent enrollment page. Do not use your Epic student email when applying. Some colleges have separate concurrent enrollment applications. List Epic Charter Schools as your high school, not homeschool. FIND AREA COLLEGES

Step 2: Submit Your Documents.

Requirements vary by school. Many want transcripts sent from Parchment. Create a learner account if you have not already. TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

Step 3: Get a Dual Enrollment Form.

Typically found on the college’s concurrent enrollment website or student portal. Complete the form, sign it, have your guardian sign it, and email it to your teacher. Your teacher will then submit a ticket to the GSS team for processing. Please note, only the GSS team can verify these forms, so be sure all signatures are completed before submitting.

Step 4: Give your College Schedule to Your Teacher.

Retrieve your schedule from your college portal. Your teacher must submit it to your GSS. This ensures the class is on your Epic schedule for end-of-semester grading.

The Learning Fund is available to help with some of the costs associated with concurrent classes. Learn more below LEARN MORE

Note: The Learning Fund may not cover the full cost of concurrent enrollment. Any remaining balance is the family’s responsibility.
