QSR Annual Conference San Diego | 9,500 Attendees This annual conference and celebration is composed of a series of events for franchise owners across the U.S. The conference utilized (12) hotel properties and the San Diego Convention Center over a 4-day period. As the local DMC, DCi was responsible for sourcing, strategic planning, design, and production for all event components ranging from transportation to offsite events.

Highlights: •

Transportation planning and execution to/from (12) local hotels for arrivals & departures, San Diego Convention Center daily shuttles, and all offsite events.

Hilton Concert Series San Diego | 500 Attendees The Hilton Concert series kicked off its tour in San Diego, CA with a free concert by Jason Derulo. DCi was tasked with designing and producing branded elements to align with the Hilton’s “Stop Clicking Around” campaign as well as the Live Nation brand.

The goal was to create an engaging experiential environment that embodied the Hilton brand, promoted sponsors, aligned with the artist’s target demographic and promote the concert series to a large audience of potential customers. DCi’s print branding, custom décor and interactive activations contributed to the overall success of the concert.

A Consulting Firm Leaders Summit San Diego | 1,300 Attendees DCi was the first to produce a private corporate event at San Diego’s landmark Rady Shell musical venue. Our team transformed the outdoor space with modern coastal styling, dynamic lighting, and entertainment. The 1,300 attendees felt revitalized and re-engaged with the company.

A Financial C o m p a ny San Diego | 600 Attendees The DCi Team developed and produced an incentive program for top producers of a repeat client. This high-level group of winners necessitated truly custom experiences from the activities to the evening events.

Highlights: • Retro beach party theme designed and produced by our in-house design team including custom ice sculpture entrance and branded sandcastles • Shoe valet amenity for guests to swap their shoes for a pair of flip flops to truly enjoy the beach party • Sourcing and managing of themed entertainment
