Safety First. Safety Always.

Maintaining uncompromising safety standards will always be our foremost priority, which is why FXAIR represents one of the only charter providers to feature a truly dedicated, in-house safety team that carefully approves all operators, aircraft and pilots before they ever serve in our network. As a Flexjet company, our approach is guided by one of the most recognized and awarded safety and maintenance programs in private travel over the last 25 years—and counting.

Such a focused effort requires diligent, experienced leadership. Managed by our Chief Safety Officer, the FXAIR safety program was developed alongside senior aviation officials and is always evolving so that we may continuously exceed the requirements put forth by the FAA.

No Exceptions.

01 \ CUTTING-EDGE PRACTICES

We invest heavily in our maintenance and operations oversight, using proprietary data and innovative policies to ensure our safety approach remains at the forefront of our industry.

02 \ FLIGHT REVIEW & MONITORING 24/7

Every assigned operator, aircraft and crew are individually reviewed pre-flight using data from the DOT, FAA and NTSB. Our dedicated safety team reviews every flight by end of day prior to your departure date for possible service or safety issues, while our command center oversees every mission in its entirety.

03 \ FXAIR APPROVED

To ensure your total satisfaction, every operator in our network— including each pilot, aircraft and flight itinerary—must be individually verified. Only the top 35% of the 550+ charter operators in the U.S. meet the strict standards required to fly our clients.

04 \ FXAIR SAFETY ADVISORY BOARD

Our independent Safety Advisory Board is led by former officials from both the FAA and NTSB, who guide all of our safety-related initiatives while providing advanced insights to our Chief Safety Officer.

05 \ EXPERIENCED PILOTS

Pilots conducting any FXAIR flight must exceed Part 135 operating requirements in several areas, including total hours as Pilot in Command. We review each pilot’s experience, training, FAA license verification and pilot certificate history so that only those who meet our stringent safety standards may become FXAIR-Approved.

06 \ INSURANCE LIABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Beyond our standard approval process, FXAIR flights maintain a minimum of $150 million of liability insurance, with an average flight offering $250 million of coverage.

What does FXAIR Approved mean?

Before you ever set foot in your cabin, our dedicated safety team carefully examines and approves your operator, pilots and aircraft individually. Utilizing independent data and reports of both operations and management staff, we review crucial elements related to safety, insurance coverage and more. Each aircraft must be certified based on its maintenance and performance history and pass a thorough inspection covering key safety elements.
