Decisions to be made:
Originally, we showed various finishes for risers and heating elements. We shared black and wood options with gold trim. Although the wood and black finishes were approved, we need a decision on the trim. We have provided images of options with chrome trim, which were requested.
Also, is one finish preferred over another? Wood grain vs. black? Would the team prefer that all risers and heating elements are one color?
We added in white metal options for risers. This provides a clean and simple look with white platters.

Black metal market trays are a good option for catering drops. All options shown here are available in ceramic and porcelain.

Originally, we showed a “different” pattern of tabletop for the Cafe on 3 to differentiate the venues (the speckled texture). It was well-received but we understand it might be too heavy. We will have many options to review in person on 7/14.

Merchandising vessels: we’re recommending simple black and white risers, glass jars and metal baskets for retail items. Wood boards and ceramic platters for pastries, etc.

We chose simple, white china for coffee service. Is this choice acceptable or would the team prefer to see various options?
HOT | COLD MERCHANDISING
Need to decide on colors of enamelware for hot food service. Options are listed on the following pages.
Do we want different looks at different food stations or a uniform look throughout?
Do we like the addition of colored vessels throughout the space or do you prefer we stick with “all clad” looking stainless steel vessels?
We prefer to showcase our food offerings in sleek white containers. Is that acceptable or would you prefer color?
HOT HOLDING LITE ALUMINUM
FOOD TO GO: sustainable option (not made of melamine) with lids. What does this look like? How are customers transporting hot + cold food?
