WELCOME TO AROUND THE GROUNDS TERM 1 2026 Next week marks the conclusion of our regular scheduled matches for Term 1! (Please note that Seniors will have an additional week due to the public holiday this week!)

We hope you have thoroughly enjoyed all the Softball, Tennis, and Volleyball excitement over the past seven weeks.

Congratulations on a fantastic season if this is your final week! Be sure to have an amazing last game!

For those advancing to the finals, please keep an eye on all communication channels for detailed information regarding next week.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Term 2 Sign Ups - Sign Ups are open and will only be open until Wednesday 18th when we need to submit team numbers to the GSV. please get on to registering right away! \ The sports on offer in Term 2 are: JSS - Netball, Australian Rules Football and Hockey MS - Netball and Hockey 9-12 Senior - Australian Rules Football SS - Netball and Hockey Head to myMLC to sign up! If you need help or have any questions, feel free to reach out directly.

Term 2 Trials With Term 1 wrapping up, the last 2 weeks of this term are when we hold the trials for our Term 2 sports. If you are playing in finals, training will continue for your term 1 sport and this take priority, please communicate your absence at trials so coaches know.

TRIALS SCHEDULE: Monday 23rd and 30th March 7am to 8am, MS Hockey and MS Netball Tuesday 24th and 31st March 7am to 8am, JSS Hockey and JSS Netball (netball may also require lunchtime trials), 3.30pm to 4.45pm Senior (9-12) Football Wednesday 25th and 1st April 7am to 8am SS Hockey and SS Netball 3.30pm to 4.45pm JSS Football If you cannot attend for any reason, please email us to let us know in advance.

Hockey will be on the Top Court at MLC, Netball in the PEC and Football at Glenferrie Oval.

Footballers are to meet at the fountain at 3.30pm to walk down with the coaches.

TERM 1 FINALS! Finals will take place on the following days with full times and details provided from next Friday.
