New Features Enhance D-Tools SI v24

SEVERTSON SCREENS, BOOTH N7550 Severtson Screens is showcasing its popular Legacy and Impression Series screen solutions during InfoComm 2026. The Impression and Legacy Series both offer an elegant, velvet-wrapped frame that can be paired with any of Severtson’s signature high-end materials and coatings. Each screen is custom-made to fit your needs and can be assembled quickly and easily, thanks to the Severtson Flex RTS: Rod Tensioning System.

LIGHTWARE, BOOTH C7548 Lightware is highlighting its Taurus TPN solution at InfoComm 2026, extending AV-over-IP capabilities into highperformance 10G network environments. Designed as a universal transmitter switcher, TPN enables content distribution and USB-C-based host switching across multiple spaces, supporting scalable system design for enterprise and large-room applications. With functionality aligned to the Taurus UCX platform, it delivers consistent user experiences in demanding AV environments. The integration of the MMU (Matrix Management Unit) brings centralized control to TPN systems, allowing multiple endpoints to be configured, monitored, and managed more efficiently—ideal for divisible rooms and multi-space deployments.

Barix Unveils AI-ready FLEXA Framework for AoIP Line BOOTH N7317 Barix is unveiling a new AI-ready framework for its FLEXA family of Audio over IP devices, giving AV professionals and developers a faster DIY path to custom application development. The new AI functionality will be available across four FLEXA devices, including the MPI400

BOOTH C9012 Showcased at the D-Tools booth, System Integrator (SI) v24 is headlined by a long-requested multi-user project editing capability that transforms how integration teams collaborate. For the first time, sales, design, engineering and installation team members can work within the same project simultaneously, eliminating sequential check-outs, version conflicts, and bottlenecks. Changes save to the server automatically, so everyone works from the same current, accurate data.

Collaboration extends beyond the office, too. A new Gantt chart export to Microsoft Project lets integrators share detailed timelines with architects, GCs and other stakeholders who don’t use SI. In the Project Editor, users can now reorder bill-of-materials items to mirror how work is sequenced in the field.

FLEXA intercom I/O device and the M400 FLEXA stereo encoder/decoder, both of which are especially relevant for commercial AV environments. The AI-enabled ecosystem also extends to the LX400 FLEXA professional broadcast codec and the Barionet M44 FLEXA networked control device. The Barix FLEXA platform is optimized for AI-assisted programming through custom Claude. ai “AI Skills” that improve first-time coding success rates while leveraging Barix’s proprietary Audio over IP and I/O libraries.
