FACT: WITH FEW EXCEPTIONS, AUDIO HAS always been the more important partner to video. I know I am preaching to the choir, but it’s frustrating that it took a few CEOs not able to hear what was being said while videoconferencing into remote meetings to drive the point home. If it was only that simple, the world of audio would be flush with clarity. But let’s celebrate our wins.
Below is what some of this month’s thought leaders have to say on the subject:

Nancy Knowlton, Chief Executive Officer at Nureva added, “Designing for optimal acoustics should be as fundamental as choosing lighting or furniture. It’s time for architects, designers, and facility managers to give top priority to sound as the key user experience they’re creating. AI now plays a role in the audio equation. Jack Horry, product manager, Quorum at Ross Video shared, “AI and automation often trigger Orwellian anxieties, but we must consider the tools they provide. A moderator in a large discussion can instantly see who said what and when. Real-time captioning and speech-to-text have largely replaced stenographers—not because the role was unnecessary, but because the original goals of speed, accuracy, and accessibility are now better met through shared, real-time data. It’s about empowering everyone in the conversation with immediate access to what’s being said.
Joel Mulpeter, senior director of product marketing at Crestron added, “Network-based audio systems allow for the best scalability and the most flexibility in routing, processing, and distribution. Audio-over-IP solutions deliver sound at near-zero latency. They’re often interoperable with audio industry standards, easy to install, can support enterprise-grade network security standards, and can offer a wide array of streaming service capabilities. They’re often very energy efficient, to boot.”

Arecent rollout at Australia’s GPT Space&Co features Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Ceiling (TCC) microphone technology as the backbone of a scalable AV setup that supports today’s hybrid workforce. In partnership with AV integrator Programmed, the GPT Space&Co meeting rooms were outfitted with Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) and the newer TeamConnect Ceiling M (TCC M) microphones across key spaces, enabling clear, reliable, and automated audio in any room layout.
Unlike traditional co-working models, GPT Space&Co focuses exclusively on premium meeting and event rooms, with technology designed to be as invisible and intuitive as possible. In 2024, GPT Space&Co opened four new A-Grade sites, including a flagship at 181 William Street in Melbourne which was designed to provide seamless, on-demand meeting spaces for businesses that prioritize quality, flexibility, and integrated technology.

Each meeting space is designed to accommodate a wide range of use cases, from executive briefings to team workshops and hybrid presentations. These rooms are walkin ready with Microsoft Teams Rooms, BYOD support, and an AV experience that requires no technical training.
“For the larger rooms, flexibility was a key focus,” Camden Webb, flexible workspace technology manager at The GPT Group said. “Traditionally, when AV equipment is placed on or under tables, it limits how the furniture and, consequently, the space can be used. Whether the room is set up in a theatre style, boardroom style, or workshop style, users still receive the same high-quality experience.”
Webb added that ceiling-mounted audio has transformed the user experience: “The Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling microphones ensure that no matter where someone is located, they can be heard clearly. Remote participants can follow discussions and feel engaged, even if they are not physically present.”

Rooms like Petition and Verdict use TCC 2 microphones, allowing layouts to change daily without any impact on audio performance. The microphones auto-adjust to the speaker’s position thanks to patented beamforming technology, removing the need for tabletop devices.
Anthony Aloi, AV solutions manager at Programmed noted that while fixed microphones can work well, they restrict modularity. “Ceiling-mounted microphones give us the flexibility dynamic spaces require,” he said. Webb agreed, adding that the system provides granular control over pickup zones to minimize background noise.
This integration is made even more valuable by the system’s compatibility with platforms such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, supporting AIenhanced features like transcription, meeting summaries, and intelligent notetaking.

The Chamber room at GPT Space&Co’s 181 William Street location is a 50-person event space with wall-to-wall glass and a unique geometric layout. Programmed specified three TeamConnect Ceiling M microphones for the space, offering powerful performance in a smaller, circular form factor suited to the room’s shape and acoustics.

“Combining three TCC Ms gave us great coverage of the space while allowing our team to program exclusion zones to minimize street noise,” Aloi said. “They are more cost effective than the TCC 2s and they look amazing.”
To preserve the room’s design, Programmed worked with Sennheiser and the builder to color-match the microphones to the ceiling finish. “In a premium space, integration is about more than function. The technology should disappear into the architecture,” Aloi said. The Judge boardroom uses the same setup for design and performance consistency.
With a broad range of users—ranging from lawyers to creatives—the solution also had to be intuitive and reliable. “These rooms are intuitive and support all devices,” Aloi said. “The technology stays out of the way so people can focus on the meeting.”
Webb noted that while a site manager is always present, their role is customer facing, not technical: “Every guest needs to walk in, start their meeting, and go. Sennheiser’s microphones make that possible; they’re invisible to the user but essential to the experience.”

Amplifiers, though often out of sight, are essential in delivering clear, intelligible sound without distraction. As demands grow, three key trends are shaping the evolution of amplifier technology: sound quality, efficiency, and longterm reliability.
Sound quality is the most immediate and noticeable factor. Even the best microphones and speakers can fall short without clean, fullbandwidth amplification. Modern amplifiers must maintain low distortion and clarity, even at high volumes or during sudden dynamic shifts. With built-in DSP now common, integrators can fine-tune EQ, limiting and speaker settings to ensure consistent performance across varied room types and uses.
Efficiency and power management are just as critical. Class-D amplification was advanced by Powersoft, which pioneered its application in professional audio and introduced the first highpower Class-D modules for active loudspeakers. Audio best practices include regularly testing audio equipment to ensure it functions properly—not just in an empty room, but in real-world conditions. Sit in a classroom when it is fully occupied and listen. Can you hear the professor’s audio in the back while she is moving about in the front of the room? What about when an HVAC system is humming? If meeting participants will be joining via a video conferencing platform, ensure that everyone attending in person can hear the remote participants and vice versa.
Another best practice is to solicit feedback. Ask students and employees in higher education and corporate environments if they can hear audio clearly in the spaces where they meet. What needs improvement? Ask presenters if they are comfortable using microphones and other audio equipment. They may be new to the space or unfamiliar with the audio system. Make sure they know how/where to find audio tech assistance if needed.
Ensure assistive listening is available. This may be necessary to meet ADA and global accessibility requirements, but assistive listening systems benefit everyone—not just people with diagnosed hearing loss. Background noise and distractions can make speech intelligibility challenging for anyone. Assistive listening systems deliver audio directly to listeners’ ears and filter out ambient noises. Listeners experience clearer audio and a more engaging experience.
Assistive listening systems are available to meet different needs and end-user preferences. Whether listeners prefer to use their own devices as receivers (as is the case with an Auracast broadcast audio- or audio-over-Wi-Fibased system) or want to borrow a receiver for use while in the space, there are systems for everyone. They complement each other, and when venues have multiple assistive listening systems, guests can select the one that best meets their needs.

Directional microphone types (cardioids/ supercardioids) are best for conference settings because they have predictable null points that reject unwanted sound, but placement is crucial. The off-axis null area of the mic has the most rejection, so aim that portion towards the unwanted sound, and deploy an echo cancel system to avoid feedback. Additionally, slight dynamics compression on incoming sound improves the overall level of remote participants, creating a consistent experience for listeners.
Proper installation is also important. Tabletop mics should be mounted to ensure furniture vibrations do not transfer to the microphone. For ceiling-mounted solutions, stay clear of air vents, projectors, alarm sensors, and LED lights, which emit RF and physical noise, which can cause microphone quality to be compromised.
Audio integrators should take advantage of the other technologies implemented in an AV project—like Dante, which provides easy interfacing through a facility’s network. Talk to a sound engineer about what really counts in their line of business, and the answer will be “the sound.” But then it gets tricky: Do they mean the biased version they have come to appreciate, or, rather, how well a given signal translates to the FOH? After all, mic preamps are often selected for the warmth, coloration, et cetera they add. Yet, that may be precisely what one has to dial out in a given context.

Dynamics processing that does its job without altering the timbre beyond recognition, and equalization that allows you to focus on the frequency band that requires cutting or boosting—these usually deliver a more satisfactory result than broadband attention grabbers.
Features such as the three additional dynamic EQ bands introduced by Lawo in system version 12.2 are available on all channels, and ensure that the frequency bands being shaped are boosted and cut dynamically. Similar to how a compressor works, they cause the EQ to react to changes in the frequency spectrum as they occur.
We haven’t neglected to mention word length, oversampling, floating-point signal processing, et cetera so far because technical specifications are unimportant; at the end of the day, they determine how a stagebox and a console sound. Still, most sound engineers take them for granted when judging the overall sound, definition, and depth of the sonic image they have painstakingly created.

With a conventional line array, you’re beholden to rigid dispersion parameters. While vertical angles are typically configured with 1-2 degrees of precision, there’s far less flexibility in the horizontal plane. I have found the analogy that you can have a conference without video, but audio is a must, to be true. CONCERT-GRADE SOUND UPLIFTS THE WORSHIP EXPERIENCE
Church360 in Grand Prairie, Texas, has dramatically transformed its audio experience with the installation of a Meyer Sound PANTHER large-format linear line array system, delivering powerful clarity, consistent coverage, and rider-ready performance for its 2,700-seat main sanctuary. The new system supports a wide range of programming—from weekly worship to concerts and conferences—and represents the culmination of an eight-year vision led by Steve Constantino, the church’s technical director and lead audio engineer
“When I first started here, the existing system was already at the end of its life,” Constantino said. “We had significant inconsistencies across the room. Every seat sounded different. My goal was to give every seat the same experience—the same clarity and energy.”
Constantino, who has extensive touring experience with companies like Clair Global, approached the project with a rigorous eye for performance and detail. Church360 had previously installed a Meyer Sound LEOPARD system in a student ministry building on campus, and the positive experience sealed the deal. “Everyone loved the sound of that room. The clarity, the fullness—we knew we wanted that on a bigger scale,” he said.
That confidence was reinforced after Constantino experienced PANTHER firsthand. “I went to a PANTHER demo a couple of years ago,” he recalled. “I heard it and I thought, ‘Wow, this box is a game changer.’”
The final design centers around dual arrays of ten PANTHER loudspeakers as the main hangs, supported by LEOPARD arrays for side coverage. ULTRA-X20, ULTRA-X40, and UPQ units provide fill and balcony support, while low end is handled by 17 2100-LFC low-frequency control elements. The system is driven by 11 Galileo GALAXY processors, with a robust Milan AVB network supporting signal transport and system monitoring—plus a full analog backup. “I wanted a system that wouldn’t be anywhere near its limits,” Constantino explained. “We host concerts, conferences, and special productions. I needed something with headroom, stability, and coverage.”
The entire system was designed by Constantino and installed in collaboration with David Leuschner of AV integrator Pro Audio Video, with support from Entertainment Manufacturing Group, which provided network cabling and motorized rigging inspired by touring workflows. All components are flown on
chain motors for full ground access and easy service. The system was installed this past spring and tuned in two phases: an initial deployment to meet an Easter deadline, followed by a secondary round of refinements once the team had a few weeks of hands-on experience. In the process, two additional ULTRA-X20 front fills were added to perfect coverage in the front rows. “It was worth every bit of effort,” Constantino said. “We had staff members poking their heads into the room during tuning week, saying, ‘Wow, this sounds great.’”
To Constantino, one of the most striking improvements is in speech intelligibility. “It doesn’t sound like the pastor is coming through a PA system; it sounds like he’s just talking to you in the room. And the reduction in hearing fatigue is huge. Even after loud events, you don’t walk out exhausted.”
In addition to its modern PA system, the project includes a nod to Meyer Sound’s legacy product line. When Constantino identified the discontinued CAL column loudspeakers as the perfect fit for the lobby, Meyer Sound agreed to manufacture a custom pair.
The upgrade has also improved the audio in Church360’s live stream, which reaches more than 2,500 people weekly. “I’m not fighting the PA anymore,” Constantino noted. “What I hear in the room matches what I’m sending out.”
Leuschner noted that the success of the project reflects a uniquely collaborative process. “That’s what makes Meyer Sound different,” he said. “This was a rare project where the integrator, manufacturer, and end user all aligned. And when that happens, it’s magic.”
POLICE STATION GETS NEWFOUND CLARITY, ENHANCED SAFETY
Biamp recently deployed its Tesira digital signal processing platform at a major urban police station in Perth, Australia. Installed by AV integrator Integrate Perth, the Tesira system addresses severe acoustical challenges in the station’s custodial desk area and holding cells—spaces dominated by reverberating surfaces including concrete, glass, and steel.
The installation includes Tesira SERVER-IO processors, a TesiraFORTÉ AVB VT audio server, EXMOD modular expanders, and TEC-1i wall-mounted controllers. Together, these components form a high-performance audio infrastructure that ensures critical conversations and events are captured with clarity—even in environments plagued by harsh reverberation and background noise.
“In our initial tests, we simply ran some CCTV footage with associated audio through Tesira AEC processing and had a listen on a little powered speaker. Our jaws dropped,” Andrew Anderson-King, sales director at Integrate Perth said. “Environmental noise such as holding cell doors slamming or yelling in the background, along with the harsh reverberation of the space, had all but disappeared. What resulted were intelligible spoken words. We instantly knew we were onto something.”
With approximately 100 microphones now in
place across the facility, the audio enhancement dramatically improves the usefulness of high-resolution CCTV footage, delivering a powerful tool for investigations, officer safety, and staff development.
“It’s a big leap forward. The Tesira AEC improves everyone’s safety and is now useful for staff training,” Anderson-King added. “I can see other applications where mission-critical audio is important, but the acoustic conditions are hostile. For example, Customs and the Border Force could benefit, as could warehousing and the Port Authority. They could all benefit from Tesira AEC cleaning up recorded speech.”

POWERFUL AUDIO FOR AN EVENING OF ADVOCACY
Every year, KultureCity, the world’s leading nonprofit for sensory accessibility, hosts KultureBall, a blacktie evening where celebrities and philanthropy walk hand-in-hand to promote acceptance and inclusion, as well as raise funds for individuals with invisible disabilities. Recently, the organization marked its 10th anniversary with an evening filled with inspiration, surprise performances, and sensory-inclusive design— powered by a high-performance JBL Professional audio system provided by longtime partner Epic.
The gala featured a unique mix of content, including a full orchestra, multiple presenters, ASL interpreters, a center-stage extension, and live performances from Arnel Pineda of Journey, Orianthi, and American Idol winner Taylor Hicks. The event called for a sound system with the power and clarity of a touring rig, but with the elegance and intelligibility of a symphony hall.
To meet those demands, Epic deployed a JBL Professional VTX A Series loudspeaker system with Crown amplifiers and JBL Performance Manager software.
“We first demoed the JBL VTX A Series at an outdoor event in 2024,” Matt Yancey, FOH engineer for Epic said. “Even with an orchestra playing alongside a rock band, the system provided incredible clarity and coverage. That same flexibility made it the perfect choice for KultureCity’s gala, which, again, featured a full orchestra, multiple presenters, and top-tier talent.”
KultureBall 2024 took place inside the historic Boutwell Auditorium, one of Birmingham’s most
storied venues. To accommodate the event’s wide range of programming, Epic designed an AV layout that included a traditional main stage, an extended downstage platform for the orchestra, and a round stage in the center of the venue for keynote moments and performances.
“If the Boutwell could talk, it would tell countless stories of iconic performances,” Gary Teal Junior, chief executive officer of Epic said. “It’s a beautiful space, but a challenging one for audio. With the orchestra pushed beyond the PA and a center stage added to the mix, feedback stability and full coverage were non-negotiable. The JBL VTX rig delivered on both.”
Rigging the system presented its own logistical challenge, but the team comprising Steve Huf of Stage Patch, Travis Navara of RF Tech, and Marcel Natson of System Tech was able to deploy quickly thanks to the VTX Series’ auto-locking mechanisms. “I’ve used just about every major PA,” Yancey said. “The A Series rigging is hands-down the easiest to get in the air. We’re always waiting on video and lighting to catch up.”
Jacob Moore, monitor engineer and system tech added, “The rigging in the venue is complicated, but having a PA that goes up easily saves so much time. And the punch of the JBL VTX M22 monitors is incredible, as volume and clarity are never an issue.”
For system design and configuration, the team used JBL Performance Manager, integrating data from JBL’s Venue Synthesis software for seamless deployment. “The drag-and-drop functionality is fantastic,” Moore said. “Once the Venue Synthesis file is ready, Performance Manager auto-populates everything. It’s efficient, intuitive and reliable.”
As in previous years, KultureBall included sensory accessibility features such as ASL interpreters, live captioning, and quiet zones, ensuring that every guest could experience the event comfortably. The JBL VTX system enhanced those efforts by providing consistent, high-fidelity sound throughout the room with minimal strain or distraction.
“The feedback has been phenomenal,” Teal said. “From the presenters to our KultureCity partners, everyone was impressed with the clarity, warmth, and presence of the system. DANTE-ENABLED AUDIO FOR A SHOPPING DESTINATION
Located next to Junk Bay in Tseung Kwan O’s Area 86, is a former landfill that has evolved into a highly desirable Hong Kong neighborhood. The Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) Park initiative was designed by the government to mitigate the environmental and health problems caused by the landfill. LOHAS Park includes an immense shopping and
entertainment destination in the center of the neighborhood that features chic shops, global restaurants, and even a huge indoor ice-skating rink. Nearby, The Park offers koi ponds, treelined walkways, contemporary artwork, and an indoor playground.
When Justin Fong of Sound Classy in Hong Kong was approached by LOHAS to create a
high-quality, reliable background music and paging system for the sprawling shopping mall, the customer was envisioning a traditional audio system for the building. However, once Justin and his team learned more about their specific needs, he proposed that the system be upgraded to a SoundTube STNet IP-enabled digital audio system.
Justin expounded on the benefits that SoundTube’s STNet IPD Dante-enabled speakers offered, including easy installation and maintenance, flexibility and scalability, centralized control, high-quality sound, and integration with other systems. Featuring Broadbeam Ring technology, the speakers produce a predictable, 110-degree coverage pattern that disperses a much fuller sound to create a wider beam, providing clear vocals and unrivaled balance to a larger area. Sound Classy brought Vega Technology Limited in for the installation, which consisted of 292 SoundTube IPD-CM52s-BGM and 33 IPDCM82-BGM IP-enabled speakers, with 26 STNet Switch IIs. The rack-mountable STNet Switch II is a 16-port, 40W-per-port, audio-prioritized gigabit managed network switch designed for use in Dante networks. In addition to the 16 RJ45 ports, the STNet Switch II also includes two SFP ports for fiber and high-speed Ethernet connectivity. It’s easily wired with Cat5 or Cat6 cables between the switch, speakers, and all other endpoints; is UL and CE listed; and is IEEE compatible.
The LOHAS system also included an AKG CGN321STS tabletop paging microphone and SurgeX SEQ1213i power sequencer.
“We appreciated the variety of SoundTube IP-enabled speakers available,” Fong said. “There is virtually every format available in IP—from in-ceiling and surface-mount to pendant and garden speakers. There’s even an IPD soundbar. With easy installation and setup, IPD’s monitoring allows us to easily check system status. The full monitoring system benefits our client, as it easy to manage and that reduces maintenance costs.”
“Our clients are quite happy with the IPD BGM system. The audio enhances the customer’s shopping experience, which increases the customer’s time at the mall and their willingness to spend more,” Fong continued. “LOHAS loves the flexibility to change sources for different zones while maintaining high performance. In fact, they like it so much that they are installing a similar system in another shopping mall.”
LEEDS UNIVERSITY UNION AMPLIFIES EVENT ACCESSIBILITY
Leeds University Union (LUU) is committed to making its events inclusive and accessible for all students. As part of this mission, the team explored innovative assistive listening solutions to support deaf and hard-of-hearing attendees during their annual student celebration events. Working with Ampetronic | Listen Technologies, LUU trialed the Auri system to evaluate its potential as a futureproof, scalable solution.
LUU’s event spaces are multi-use and architecturally complex, making traditional hearing loop installations impractical. While accessibility was not directly impacting business operations, the team recognized the importance of improving the event experience for all members. They needed a system that was easy to operate, flex-
ible to deploy, and intuitive for first-time users.
LUU took the Auri system on short-term loan, integrating it into their event setup by routing an audio mix from their console into the Auri transmitter’s analogue input. The system streamed audio to compatible Auracast-enabled hearing aids, cochlear implants, earbuds, and headphones, as well as dedicated receivers with neck loops and earphones for users without Auracast-enabled devices. The setup was supported by Ampetronic’s Nathan Chambers, with initial demonstrations provided by Ian Sadler at Canford and Craig Davey at Ampetronic.
The impact was immediate and meaningful. Student users reported a significant boost in
confidence and comfort when participating in group settings. The ability to connect directly to hearing devices without drawing attention helped reduce stigma and made the experience feel seamless. One student described the clarity and volume boost as pivotal, highlighting a substantial improvement in engagement with events. The system was easy to use, with no major challenges reported during the trial.
“Speaking for myself, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive,” Chris Mee, deputy technical manager at Leeds University Union said. “The clarity and volume boost provided by the technology are pivotal, and I’ve personally felt a noticeable improvement in the quality of engagement with events.”
SCALABLE AND SUSTAINABLE HIGHER EDUCATION SOLUTIONS
The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Unimore) expanded its presence in Reggio Emilia, Italy, with the launch of their fourth hub (Quarto Polo). Part of a broader urban revitalization at Innovation Park, this ambitious project transformed former industrial sites into innovation-driven spaces that foster collaboration between academia, research, and industry. This 3,350-square-meter facility houses nine classrooms, two laboratories, and an auditorium, accommodating over 1,700 students and teaching staff. To meet its goal of providing a seamless, reliable learning experience, Unimore enlisted the help of consultants Cavea Engineering and AV integrator Decima 1948 to deploy advanced AV solutions using Extron technology.
“Our experience in the industry has taught us that system reliability is the main value a customer expects from us,” Enzo Trovato, sales director at Decima 1948 said. “The reliability of Extron products ensures we meet this expectation every time.”
The Quarto Polo required an AV infrastructure that would enhance teaching while being straightforward for faculty and students to operate. Standardization across classrooms and other learning spaces was a critical objective to ensure a consistent user experience and simplify technical support. The system also needed to offer dependable performance, minimizing the risk of disruptions.
“When setting up new departments, our main goal is to standardize the technologies as much as possible,” Anna Gelli, architect at Unimore said. “Our classrooms must be user friendly and technologically advanced, reduce energy consumption, and guarantee maximum reliability over time.”
Each classroom is outfitted with IPCP Pro 255Q xi processors to provide centralized AV control. These processors are paired with TLP Pro 725T tabletop touch panels, offering an intuitive interface that allows instructors to easily control the room’s AV functions. This setup ensures consistent operation across all classrooms, reducing the learning curve for users.
Extron DMP 64 Plus audio processors handle signal management. The largest classroom features Extron’s CA 163 column array speakers, while SF 26CT ceiling speakers provide audio coverage in standard classrooms. These speakers are powered by XPA Series amplifiers, ensuring
that both speech and multimedia content are heard clearly by all students, regardless of room size or layout. In addition, four of the classrooms are configured as two divisible rooms—further maximizing the flexibility of the space.

At the heart of this setup is a DTP CrossPoint 4K matrix switcher, which facilitates seamless video switching; and the DMP 128 Plus audio processor, which ensures high-quality sound distribution. These components enable the smooth handling of complex multimedia presentations.
TouchLink Pro touchpanels are installed to simplify control for faculty and technicians, allowing them to easily adjust audio levels, manage lighting, and switch video inputs as needed. An XPA U 3502 amplifier powers SM 28 surface-mount speakers, ensuring powerful and balanced audio coverage throughout the auditorium. The amplifier’s ENERGY STAR-qualified design provides efficient power management, while the SM 28 speakers offer optimal audio quality suited for lectures, presentations, and large events.
Energy efficiency is a key priority for the university, and Extron’s GlobalViewer Enterprise (GVE) software plays a crucial role in achieving
this goal. GVE provides a centralized platform for monitoring and controlling all the AV systems in the building in real time, giving administrators the tools they need to track energy consumption and optimize usage.
“Adopting an advanced supervision and management system like GVE can simplify classroom management for Unimore and improve the service we provide in terms of troubleshooting,” Marco Trame, chief technical officer at Cavea Engineering said. “GVE also helps identify new needs that may emerge from statistical analysis, particularly in managing energy consumption.”
Complementing the software, the IPL EXP PDU4H power expansion interface provides centralized power management, reducing unnecessary power consumption. This combination of hardware and software ensures that the facility remains energy efficient while maintaining high performance.
Cavea Engineering, the consulting firm, commended Extron’s dedicated support and comprehensive training, emphasizing the value of their contribution to the project overall. “We believe Extron is the perfect partner,” Trame said. “Their continuous assistance throughout the design and deployment phases guarantees project success.”
