Flexjet House offers offices and conference rooms for use while in the area, acting as a refuge where you may relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

With our European infrastructure in place, our fleet now includes the ultra-long-range Gulfstream G650 in addition to the new Praetor 600 aircraft. Presenting a unique combination of leading-edge aircraft, luxury and premium service, you now have the ability to travel throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East without leaving the safety and security of the Flexjet family.

AIRCRAFT

We manage a modern, high-performance collection of Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer and Sikorsky aircraft. Our fleet is among the most technologically advanced in the private aviation industry, providing our aircraft Owners with the best range, connectivity, and comfort. From the Sikorsky S-76 supermidsize helicopter to the light-cabin Phenom 300® and the ultra-long-range Gulfstream G650, our program aircraft fit all missions and aircraft Owner preferences.

SAFETY

Fly with confidence, thanks in part to our highly awarded safety program. Flexjet has earned consecutive Platinum ratings across nearly two straight decades, the highest rating possible from third-party safety assessment organization, ARG/ US. The Flexjet fractional jet ownership program was the first in the world to meet the industry Audit Standard of the Air Charter Safety Foundation – reflecting the highest standards of aviation safety.

Among its many safety achievements, Flexjet has also earned the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) coveted Diamond Award of Excellence for over 20 consecutive years – the FAA’s highest honor for maintenance training and a testament to the constant commitment to excellence exhibited by each member of our team. At Flexjet, we are wholly committed to a proactive approach to risk management — led by a highly advanced, IS-BAO-certified Safety Management System (SMS) at its core. This comprehensive organization-wide system goes far above and beyond FAA requirements, relying on formal processes, policies, proprietary data and trained experts to help govern a strategically structured safety environment. As a result, Flexjet ranks among the top one percent of business jet operators in the U.S., maintaining “Active Conformance” to an FAA-approved SMS. This includes an Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), which utilizes safety data to eliminate risk, educate our employees and encourage voluntary reporting.

The Flexjet Safety Board holds accredited audits and risk assessments above standard levels to reflect our ongoing adherence to the highest order of safety. Our commitment to your well-being begins well before you even step aboard a Flexjet private jet or helicopter.

INDUSTRY EXPERIEN CE & UNMATCHED FLEXIBILITY

Flexjet has led the fractional jet ownership industry since 1995. We offer a variety of customizable programs, including fractional ownership, lease, and jet cards. We provide exceptional private travel experiences designed with a personalized approach. Our aircraft Owners experience unrivaled choice and freedom while enjoying world-class service at every turn.

SUSTAINABILITY

At Flexjet, we know the fate of our shared planet — as well as the freedom of mobility we all enjoy — depends on a relentless pursuit of sustainable air travel.

Developed in partnership with the aviation sustainability experts at 4AIR, we offer a complete offset program that places some of the world’s most impactful environmental initiatives at the forefront.

COMPLIMENTARY EMISSIONS OFFSET PROGRAMS

For Flexjet Owners, all domestic and foreign flights on all Flexjet aircraft — including helicopters and ultra-long-range aircraft — take part in the 4AIR Emissions Offset Rating System at no additional cost.

> United States-based flights include participation Level One: Bronze (Total Carbon Offset)

> European-based flights include participation in Level Two: Silver (Comprehensive Emissions Offset)

> Helicopter flights include participation in Level One: Bronze Plus SAF

Plus, additional levels of participation allow you to support comprehensive emissions offsets or reductions and even contribute to developing emissions-reducing technologies. Should you desire to upgrade your participation level, simply contact your Owner Services Specialist and let us handle the rest.

PROJECTS PORTFOLIO

Our diverse array of projects is independently verified to meet the highest standards and constantly evolving to include new regions and efforts from across the world. Aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, each project is selected and maintained based on specific, science-based criteria and proven results.

ABOUT 4AIR

4AIR integrates carbon offsetting, sustainable fuels, and innovative technology into a comprehensive approach, helping private aviation become a critical part of our sustainable future. As the first organization of its kind, focused solely on private aviation, 4AIR possesses an exceptional project portfolio built on results-driven sustainability initiatives in place across the globe.

RATING SYSTEM

LEVEL O NE : BRON ZE

TOTAL CARBON OFFSET (INCLUDED AT NO COST)

The first step in approaching long-term sustainability involves neutralizing carbon dioxide (CO2) output. By offsetting 100 percent of the carbon emissions generated by your aircraft using verified carbon credits, you are counteracting damaging airborne pollutants.

LEVEL T HREE : GOLD EMISSIONS REDUCTION/SAF

While offsetting is vital to achieving total sustainability, actually reducing emissions accelerates the type of change necessary for a brighter future. Through innovations like Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), we can drastically cut emissions by replacing the source of their creation.

LEVEL TWO : SILVER COMPREHENSIVE EMISSIONS OFFSET

Carbon dioxide (CO2) represents less than half of the climate-impacting emissions generated by the average private aircraft. Go beyond carbon neutral to account for non-CO2-based warming pollutants by offsetting total emissions by 300 percent.

LEVEL FOUR : PLATINUM RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

To achieve true net-zero emissions in air travel, major breakthroughs still need to be developed. By contributing to the Aviation Climate Fund, you are directly supporting the creation of technologies aimed at eliminating aircraft emissions.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

Designed for travelers who fly 50 or more hours per year, fractional ownership provides access to multiple cabin sizes equipped for a variety of needs and mission types. Our team of aviation experts manage every aspect of your travel and ownership experience. The Flexjet fractional program even predicts the majority of costs for the duration of your contract.

With fractional ownership, there are four major components surrounding the purchase and operation of your aircraft:

> Capital Cost (Ownership): An asset purchase that allows for a minimum of 50 flight hours per year priced at predictable rates over the course of a specific term in the type of aircraft owned

> Monthly Management Fee: Covers the indirect expenses associated with operating an aircraft, including pilot training, insurance, crew provisions, cabin support and administrative costs

> Hourly Rate: Charged for each hour an aircraft is in-flight, plus 2/10 of an hour for taxi time. This rate also includes direct expenses associated with maintenance, standard catering, engine operation and pilot fees

> Fuel Component Adjustment: Added to the base hourly rate to account for fluctuations in the cost of fuel, which varies monthly

LEASE

Designed for travelers who fly 50 or more hours per year but want to avoid a large capital deployment, leasing provides access to multiple aircraft types and sizes. Our team of aviation experts manages every aspect of your travel and ownership experience.

There are five major components surrounding the lease and operation of your aircraft:

> Security Deposit: A fully refundable deposit upfront based on aircraft and allocation of hours

> Monthly Lease Payment: A fixed-rate amount based on aircraft and annual flight hours allocation

> Monthly Management Fee: Covers the indirect costs of operating an aircraft, including pilot training, insurance, crew provisions, cabin support and administrative costs

> Hourly Rate: Charged for each hour an aircraft is in-flight, plus 2/10 of an hour for taxi time. This rate also includes direct costs associated with maintenance, standard catering, engine costs and pilot fees

> Fuel Component Adjustment: Added to the base hourly rate to account for fluctuations in the cost of fuel, which varies monthly

*Certain federal and state taxes may apply

JET CARD

The Flexjet 25™ jet card program is ideal for those who wish to supplement whole aircraft ownership or fractional hours with supplemental lift and gain guaranteed access to alternative aircraft types. A superior option to charter, Flexjet 25 delivers immediate access to a cutting-edge aircraft fleet, all without an upfront capital investment or long-term commitment.

There is one major component surrounding the Flexjet 25 jet card program:

> Initial Deposit: Prepaid base hours multiplied by the hourly rate of the primary aircraft type plus a Federal Excise Tax of 7.5%

*Additional charges may apply during high-volume travel days

HELICOPTER ACCESS

All Flexjet aircraft Owners in the U.S. and Europe can seamlessly interchange hours allocated to their jet aircraft for use on our Sikorsky S-76 super-midsize helicopters operating in the Northeastern U.S., Florida/the Bahamas and London.

HELICOPTER-SPECIFIC PROGRAMS

If your helicopter requirement is more than occasional, ask your sales representative about a helicopter-specific 10-hour card or 25-hour lease program.

We strive to curate a solution that works for your specific needs. From seamless booking, assistance with luggage transport and delivery to preparing custom landing zones at your selected site or estate, we will ensure total mission success.

FRACTIONAL & LEASE PROGRAM BENEFITS

Draw up to 25% of your annual allocated hours from Versatility Plus on the same or different aircraft type as long as the pool has hours available. If you fly less than expected, reduce your costs by selling hours to other Flexjet aircraft Owners. If you fly more than expected, you may also purchase hours from other Flexjet aircraft Owners in the same or different cabin types.

FLY FARTHER WHILE LEAVING FERRY FEES BEHIND

As a Flexjet aircraft Owner, you may now take advantage of extended service areas without ferry fees when flying to and from select destinations outside of the continental United States. This means you can journey to the Caribbean Islands onboard a Praetor 500, to Hawaii in a Challenger 350/3500 or to Hong Kong in a Gulfstream G650 all without ferry fees. Whether for business or pleasure, we invite you to take advantage of yet another reason to fly with Flexjet.

THE PRIMARY SERVICE AREA (PSA) INCLUDES:

> The 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

> The Bahamas, Mexico north of the twenty-third (23rd) parallel, plus Cabo San Lucas

> Any point within 225 statute miles of the border of the contiguous United States

Travel within this area is always ferry-free for all aircraft groups.

SECONDARY SERVICE AREA

> Destinations within the Secondary Service Area are divided into four zones, while each aircraft in our fleet belongs to one of four groups. In other words, each aircraft group coordinates with a specific ferry waiver zone.

Aircraft owned must be mission capable in locations covered by program. For a single flight to fly ferry-free, the flight must be between the Primary Service Area and the ferry waiver zone that pertains to the aircraft owned. If a single flight does not meet these requirements, you will be invoiced for 70% of the hourly rate plus fuel and applicable exchange ratio.

Zones are determined by 1.) the aircraft owned, for requested and confirmed aircraft upgrades and 2.) the aircraft requested, for requested and confirmed aircraft downgrades. A multiple-flight itinerary has additional requirements that must be met to be exempt from ferry fees. Please consult the Program Agreements for all details.

International fees may apply. Certain countries may be operationally prohibited due to governmental restrictions and may change from time to time. All international travel may be subject to permitting approval and or additional security background checks/requirements.

ZONE 1

This area includes Alaska, Bermuda, the Caribbean Islands, plus the balance of Canada, Mexico and Central America not included in the Primary Service Area.

> Travel to and from locations in Zone 1 requires a 48-hour notice and is ferry-free for all Aircraft Groups.

ZONE 2

This area encompasses Hawaii, Greenland, Iceland, Western Europe, Portions of South America, Galapagos Islands plus areas of Northern and Southern Europe including Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, Malta and Morocco in northern Africa.

> Travel to and from locations in Zone 2 requires a 72-hour notice and is ferry-free for aircraft groups 2 through 4 only.

LONG-HAUL ZONE 1

This area includes the remainder of the Southern and Northern regions of Europe, areas of Eastern Europe, South America and Japan.

> Travel to and from locations in Long-haul Zone 1 requires a 120-hour notice and is ferry-free for Aircraft Groups 3 and 4 only.

LONG-HAUL ZONE 2

This area includes all of Long-Haul Zone 1 plus China (including Hong Kong and Macau), India, South Korea and the remainder of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa.

PILOTS & SAFETY

PILOT QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

Among the most meticulously trained experts in aviation, Flexjet pilots exceed the highest levels of competency, proficiency, professionalism and expertise. Each is type-rated in their assigned aircraft and trained to perform safely in all terrains, environments and situations.

Far exceeding industry standards, all Flexjet pilots are Captain-qualified, each holds a First Class Medical Certificate, an Airline Transport Pilots Certificate (ATP) and all average over 10,000 hours of flight time. Our training curriculum includes three pilot training exercises each year, which is 300% of FAA requirements. First Officers are trained to Captain standards and undergo Recurrent Simulator Training and FAA Checkrides every six months. No other fractional company measures up to these exceedingly high criteria.

To ensure performance and safety at this level, our pilots are taught by in-house flight instructors in our dedicated training facility. Each flight instructor is line qualified in their assigned aircraft, meaning they rotate from flight training to line flying every other month. This process leverages the highest level of ‘real world’ operating experience and further cultivates a culture of safety among Flexjet pilots. Additionally, our proprietary training oversight program allows us to effectively monitor and maintain the Flexjet safety standard.

SAFETY

Safety and security are essential traveling companions. This is precisely why Flexjet is committed to a proactive approach to safety-risk management with a highly advanced, FAA-certified Safety Management System at its core. This comprehensive system-wide program goes beyond FAA requirements, helping us join the top one percent of business jet operators in the U.S. by achieving “Active Conformance” with FAA guidelines through formal processes, policies, proprietary data, and training. Our SMS even includes an Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), which utilizes real-time data to eliminate risk, educate our employees, and encourage voluntary reporting.

Of all the safety layers that Flexjet methodically employs, the most unique part of our culture is its adherence to voluntary reporting. Unlike other organizations, our culture promotes open reporting of potential issues with no fear of reprisal. Flexjet is in constant communication with its pilots and workforce regarding safety protocols and any abnormalities that are experienced are immediately assessed and addressed without regard to potential financial consequences. Furthermore, we are well on our way to installing flight data monitoring (FDM) systems in every one of our aircraft.

SAFETY RECOGNITION

20+ CONSECUTIVE FAA DIAMOND AWARDS

Flexjet is the first and only private jet provider to have earned the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) coveted Diamond Award of Excellence for 25 consecutive years—the FAA’s highest honor for maintenance training excellence—and is a testament to the constant commitment to excellence exhibited by our teams. The criteria for the Diamond Award has become increasingly stringent, making our streak of 25 consecutive awards an exceptional achievement.

This accolade applies to both our fixed-wing and helicopter operations.

CONSECUTIVE AIR CHARTER SAFETY FOUNDATION INDUSTRY AUDIT STANDARD RATINGS (ACSF-IAS)

Flexjet was the first in the world to be certified under the increasingly stringent Industry Audit Standard (IAS) of the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) — perhaps the most rigorous standard for fractional operators. ACSF/IAS consists of a comprehensive independent evaluation of an operator’s compliance with safety and security regulations — as well as its Safety Management System — against Federal Aviation Administration and International Civil Aviation Organization standards.

CONSECUTIVE ARG/US PLATINUM RATINGS

Flexjet upholds a Platinum rating, the highest rating possible from ARGUS—the most prestigious and demanding aviation safety assessment organization in the US, and the aviation industry’s most accurate and detailed third-party due diligence system throughout the world. To uphold an ARGUS Platinum Rating, every other year Flexjet is subjected to an arduous multiday on-site operational audit, demonstration of a mature Safety Management System, a clear and workable Emergency Response Plan, effective policies and procedures, and documented records for all major aspects of operations and maintenance.

This Platinum rating applies to both our fixed-wing and helicopter fleets.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD FOR BUSINESS AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS (IS-BAO) STAGE 2 AWARD

Flexjet qualifies as IS-BAO Stage 2 compliant based upon a global, voluntary code of best practices centered around a Safety Management System. In addition, our helicopter operations are IS-BAO Stage 3. The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations represents the global benchmark of safety excellence, and being IS-BAO registered reflects some of the highest safety standards worldwide. To be IS-BAO-compliant, an operator must pass a rigorous initial safety audit, which is then performed every two years to ensure compliance with the latest safety standards.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE

Fanatical attention to detail is what Flexjet is known for – even behind the scenes. Through advanced facilities, comprehensive training and support, and a culture focused on ensuring that all aircraft meet the highest benchmarks for care and upkeep, our technicians maintain each part of every aircraft to exacting specifications. Aircraft feature highly complex operating systems and preventing aircraft failures in any one of these systems is the first step toward passenger and crew safety.

Here again, Flexjet exceeds FAA regulations that mandate and govern maintenance requirements. Where other providers rely on unfamiliar third-party resources, we perform scheduled maintenance using our own dedicated FAA Part 145-Certified Repair Stations in Dallas, TX and White Plains, NY. In addition to these two facilities, we also have dedicated labor across the country.

MAINTENANCE CAPABILITIES

> Comprehensive Operations Control Center specialized by fleet

> 200,000+ hours of maintenance performed per year

> Dedicated factory engineering and field service on site

> Fixed facilities and mobile repair teams for full-systems coverage

Flexjet requires all maintenance personnel to be FAA-Certified/ Licensed Airframe and Powerplant technicians or hold a Repairman Certificate when operating under the control of the FAR Part 145 Certified Repair Station.

OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER

As Flexjet continues to grow internationally, we are also expanding our global headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and will feature an all-new Operations Control Center.

Currently, modeled after NASA’s Mission Control Center, ours is a state-of-the-art, centralized Operations Control Center (OCC) that runs around the clock. The OCC provides real-time data concerning trip schedules, aircraft availability, weather and flight tracking, allowing for instantaneous overview of the day-to-day operation. Our new building is a equipped with a full LED screen wall and incorporates the latest technology as well as one-of-kind aviation inspired architecture.

Our OCC houses full-time crew schedulers, flight planners, maintenance controllers, and pilot managers on duty. These individuals review trips constantly and coordinate with flight crews to ensure continuous operational safety and success.

Our advanced proprietary scheduling software ensures the fulfillment of each Owner trip request based on aircraft availability, Owner preference, crew schedules, crew training and weather conditions.

MEDAIRE

Fly anywhere with complete peace of mind. Each Flexjet flight is supported by MedAire, which grants our Owners access to Level 1 trauma services all over the world, 365 days a year. With more than 80,000 approved facilities, you’re never far from help should a medical emergency arise. All Flexjet aircraft are enabled to receive in-flight assistance and advice. Additionally, our large-cabin aircraft carry advanced medical kits on board.

INSURANCE

Flexjet arranges for and obtains all-risk hull insurance and provides third-party passenger liability insurance in an amount not less than $300-million combined single-limit liability coverage.

HELICOPTER PILOTS

Often joining our team with backgrounds in military, logistical, and rescue operations, Flexjet helicopter pilots are held to some of the highest standards in aviation. We empower our accomplished pilots to take full control of mission status based on weather conditions, logistical windows, or operational considerations. If their comfort and standards don’t align with circumstances, we don’t fly. Furthermore, our pilots are IFR qualified and receive bi-annual check rides. Their expertise and experience, coupled with rigorous Flexjet safety standards and best practices give us full confidence in making your mission successful.

Our Pilots in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) on average both exceed the minimum FAA required hourly flight time. Other important qualifications include previous experience in Part 135/91 or corporate aircraft and an existing 1st Class Medical Certification.

Pilots will not be assigned as Pilot in Command or Second in Command onboard any flight unless they have satisfactorily completed all required training programs within the previous twelve months, including a line check given by the FAA or a designated check pilot. Within ninety days of any assigned flight, Pilots in Command must also have performed a minimum of three take-offs and landings in the same aircraft category, class, and type. Pilots who have not flown over a route and into an airport within ninety days of an assigned flight will, before beginning the flight, become familiar with all available information required for safe operation. In addition, all Flexjet pilots receive annual training at either CAE Simuflite or Flight Safety International.

HELICOPTER SERVICE AREAS

Our Flexjet Sikorsky S-76 super-midsize helicopters operate in the Northeastern United States, London, and Southern Florida.

In the New York City metropolitan area, our fleet is based in Bridgeport, CT, White Plains (HPN) and Teterboro (TEB) for quick and convenient access to surrounding airports, the Hamptons, and other nearby regions.

SAFETY

Flexjet helicopters feature dual-redundancy safety measures on all critical lift elements as well as two certified pilots per aircraft. Pilots and our expert Operations team utilize Baldwin Safety Management Systems (SMS), weather monitoring, preflight risk assessment programs, hazard-reporting systems, and customized landing surveys.
