MEAL & EVENT TIMES Most events are up to 4 hours, plus set up and breakdown time. Additional time may carry applicable fees. Lunches are served between 11am and 2pm. Brunches must conclude by 2pm.

Dinners are served between 5-8pm. Buffets are served per guest unless otherwise indicated.

Buffets are set for one hour of service.

Breaks are set for 30 minutes of service. Other buffets and breaks require a minimum of 25 guests. Plated meals require a minimum of 15 guests.
