OPEN ENROLLMENT Benefit plans effective June 1,2024–May 31, 2025
WHAT’S NEW? The benefits open enrollment period begins May 2nd and ends May 10th. During open enrollment, you can: • Newly enroll in coverage. • Change plans. • Add/drop dependents. • Drop coverage. All new elections and changes must be made in the Employee Navigator benefits enrollment portal. You MUST enroll and elect or waive coverage due to new benefits offered. If you do not enroll or waive coverage, your current benefit elections will NOT carry over to the new plan year. All benefit elections and/or changes become effective June 1, 2024, and remain the same through May 31, 2025.

Medical Insurance — with United Healthcare • Three medical plan options will be provided through United Healthcare.
Dental Insurance —New Carrier! • Dental insurance will be provided through Mutual of Omaha. • The annual plan maximum is increasing to $2,500 per covered individual.
Vision Insurance —New Carrier! • Vision insurance will be provided through Mutual of Omaha, powered by EyeMed.
Life/AD&D Insurance, Disability and Supplemental Insurance Benefits Programs —New Benefit! • Employer Paid Life benefits offered through Mutual of Omaha! • You have the option to enroll in voluntary life, disability insurance, and other supplemental insurance programs.
