Eligible for new construction properties. Borrower must pay the Extended Rate Lock Fee up front within 72 hours and sign an Extended Lock Authorization Form within 24 hours of locking the rate. The Extended Rate Lock Fee is refundable to the borrower at closing; however, the fee will not be refunded if the borrower cancels, the loan is relocked, or if the loan is denied. Borrower’s rate may be locked up to 365 days and will be eligible for one renegotiation which will incur a renegotiation fee. The new rate will expire either on the current rate expiration date or 45 days from the renegotiation date, whichever comes first. Applicants are subject to credit and underwriting approval. Not all applicants will be approved. Additional restrictions apply.
