01. PURPOSE Purpose The purpose of this organization is to promote the high ideals of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and to serve as a medium between the Grand Conclave and the local chapters by: • Keeping alive the interest of the Tenth District chapters.

• Providing a medium of expression for the Tenth District chapters at the Grand Conclave • Considering problems peculiar to the Tenth District.

• Coordinating activities of the chapters in good standing and Brothers in the Tenth District
