GROUP ROOM RATES
Meals are designed for one hour of service time. Packaged breaks are designed for a 30-minute time frame for the entire group.
Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups requiring 10+ rooms.
SERVICE CHARGE, TAXES, & FEES All food & beverage charges are subject to service charge (25%) and sales tax (8.25%). Tax and service charge are subject to change without notice. The 25% service charge is taxable.
OUTSIDE CATERING Group may not bring alcoholic beverages or food into public areas or event space of Hotel. All food & beverage must be supplied and prepared by Hotel. Should outside food & beverage be brought in a service fee equivalent to that meal period will apply, per day.
FINAL COUNTS & GUARANTEES The guaranteed number of guests for all food & beverage functions must be submitted to the Sales & Catering department no later than the date listed on your contract. The number submitted is considered your final guarantee.
AUDIO VISUAL ON-SITE is our preferred, in-house contractor for audio visual services. They maintain the exclusive rights to provide audio visual services in all sleeping rooms, suites, and function space on property. All audio visual equipment is ordered by the Hotel based on the signed BEOs. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice per ON-SITE.
SHIPPING, RECEIVING, & STORAGE Advance shipments will be accepted 2-3 days prior to event. Please confirm details with your Catering Manager for any restrictions, costs, and shipping instructions. Client is responsible for organizing inbound and outbound shipments.
