Mesa is buzzing with new developments that are set to transform our community! If you’ve been out and about, you might have noticed some of the changes taking shape. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s happening in our district:

• Residences at Dobson & Cubs Way – This 416-unit multifamily residential development is rising at the corner of Dobson Rd and Cubs Way, right next to Riverview Park. With its urban architectural style, this project will bring more residents and energy to the Mesa Riverview area.

• Lotus Point - A new 4-story multifamily garden-style housing project that adds to our growing skyline, located on the corner of Dobson and Main.

• Ovio at Sycamore - This 6-story, 222-unit multifamily development, located on Dobson and Main, by the Sycamore station, will feature first-floor retail, adding even more vibrancy to the area.

• Fiesta Mall Redevelopment - In collaboration with the developers, we’re reimagining and redeveloping the iconic yet abandoned Fiesta Mall. Our goal is to create a vibrant mixed-use Master Plan that offers a blend of residential
