MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD

The Board of Directors urges every homeowner within our Dobson Ranch community to recognize the significance of participating in the upcoming Board of Directors election on April 9th. This election presents a pivotal opportunity for residents to actively shape the direction and priorities of our community neighborhoods. The decisions made by our board directly impact every aspect of life in our community, from maintenance and amenities to financial planning and community events.

On the following pages, you will be introduced to the Dobson Ranch Board of Director candidates for this year’s annual election. Mark your calendars for Thursday, March 14th at 7:00 pm, as the association will hold a debate to discuss the motivations behind those pursuing a position on the Board.

The 2024 election will utilize online voting. You will receive a notice in the mail with instructions guiding you through the online voting process. If you are unable to participate in this voting format, you may pick up an absentee ballot at the Dobson Ranch administration office at La Casita.

By casting your vote, you contribute to the vibrancy and strength of this community, ensuring that the Dobson Ranch HOA remains accountable, transparent, and committed to serving the best interests of all residents. Your vote is your voice.
