New Board Members Appointed - October 17, 2019

Dear Residents of Dobson Ranch, It was announced at last night’s Board of Directors meeting, that three Board Members had resigned: Ron Ricci, Mike Kassel and Gary Smith turned in their resignations, which were received by the Board on October 17, 2019. The Board would like to thank these gentlemen for their service to the Association.

The Board, having three nominees for the vacant seat previously announced, voted to appoint all three to fill 3 of the 4 Board vacancies.

Article 6.5 of the Bylaws states, “In the event of a Board vacancy resulting from a Board Member resignation, removal, or death, the Board may, at its discretion, appoint a Qualified (Section 5.7) Dobson Association Member to fill the unexpired term. Appointment shall be by a majority vote of the Directors at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Association.”

As such, the Board made the following appointments: Michael Snedeker – for the term ending in April 2020 Michael McAfee – for the term ending in April 2020 Stephanie Fee – for the term ending in April 2022 With the resignation of the President and Vice President, the Board of Directors appointed the following positions: Sandy Murray – President Allen Johnson – Vice President Rest assured, the business of running the Ranch will continue and the Board is committed to serving the members of The Dobson Association.
