Memorial Bricks- Existing Memorial Plaques from all locations on the Ranch i. No Charge for a replacement of Existing Memorial Plaques until December 31, 2019. Beginning January 1, 2020, there will be a charge of the prevailing cost to the Ranch for a Memorial Brick to be installed at Sunset Plaza. Or ii. There will be no charge for a Memorial Brick replacement installed at Sunset Plaza as of June 20, 2019 from Existing Memorial Plaques on the Ranch installed prior to June 20, 2019.

Boat Slips on Lake 7-there are 2 slips on lake 7 that haven’t had a boat in them for some time. I understand that the boat at one of them caught on fire, and was totaled. We might consider a policy for all slips, regardless of the lake…. And maybe we push it to 6 months of no use so we can account for our seasonal neighbors. I would like to talk about the boat slips that people are paying for on lake 7, but that aren’t being used. Maybe consider a policy that, if a slip isn’t used for 3 months, that it’s forfeited?
