The Contour BA (Hons) degree course at De Montfort University (DMU) is the oldest and foremost course dedicated to intimate apparel design in the world. BA (Hons) Contour Fashion at De Montfort University has consistently led innovative solutions in the wider arena of the intimate apparel industry via fabric technological advances, innovation and production manufacturing methodologies. This is a course which engages fashion houses, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, models and music celebrities in a truly international arena. For 66 years it has produced outstanding graduates in both aesthetic design innovation and technological excellence in the fields of lingerie, corsetry, nightwear, loungewear, sportswear and bodywear on a global scale for companies including: Abercrombie & Fitch USA, Courtaulds International Group, Agent Provocateur, Clover Hong Kong, Crystal Martin China, Coco de Mer, House of Fraser, Speedo, Superdry, Tommy Hilfiger The Netherlands, Heidi Klein, Wacoal, New Look, George, Triumph, Victoria’s Secret USA, Stretchline Sri Lanka, John Lewis, Donna Karan USA, M&S, LF Intimates and many others. Our graduates are to be found in every continent worldwide. Others have established own brand labels: Nicole de Carle, Lascivious, Made by Niki, Obey My Demand, Nicole Gill, and Lorna Drew. The course works in parallel with industry partners including The International Institute of Intimate Apparel; an advisory body numbering key figures representing all aspects of the Intimates industry worldwide to support, advise and promote education, innovation, ecological and health issues, research and support for the future of the industry.

The Bodywear office is a european buying office with sourcing and production office’s in Hong Kong which design, source, market, licence and distribute to a broad line of bodywear including lingerie, lounge wear and swimwear. The companies products are sold under several highly recognised brand names, including but not limited to, Madame Supertrash and Hackett underwear. At the bodywear office, we have exciting and challenging careers for people who are passionate about our brands and determined to succeed in a fast-paced, creative environment. Our workplace is energetic with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, which allows us to continue to lead market trends.
