PEACE OF MIND Resident Experience Program Learn and Live to the Fullest! The Auden Resident Experience Program provides a range of activities to ensure that students can build new friendships while cultivating personal, social, and academic growth. Residents will be given unique opportunities to meet new people, receive support in their studies, and learn invaluable life lessons.
Proximity to Campus No car? No problem! All Auden Living communities are located within walking distance of University campuses and close to city centers. Nearby restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues allow students to engage in a rich lifestyle both on and off-campus.
Roommate Matching Service Find the perfect roommate with our roommate matching service! Our service pairs residents according to similarities in lifestyle and habits. We make matches according to study habits, social habits, interests, and hobbies.
Fully Furnished Units with Highspeed Internet No need to spend on new furniture and moving trucks! All Auden communities offer fully furnished apartment options. Units are equipped with high speed internet access and cable to help your student engage in academic coursework and stay connected to family and friends. Our apartments offer residents everything needed to relax, recharge and excel.
International Students Beginning the college journey can be a daunting prospect for any student, but even more so for those traveling from other countries, especially for the first time. Auden Living offers welcoming, engaging, and affordable accommodations designed to provide all the necessary touches to help our residents feel instantly at home and settle in quickly. Many of our residents come from overseas, and Auden Living is trained to assist with the transition to both a new home and a new culture. Our accommodations are located in areas close to university and college campuses to allow students to fully experience all the benefits of studying and living in their chosen city. The Auden Living community organizes engaging events to allow students to meet and socialize with new friends.
