LANDSCAPE: JAYHAWKER TOWERS STUDIO 600
Fall 2019 Professor Josh Erhart University of Kansas Student project | Individual work SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator
In this project, the objective was to choose an underdeveloped site to repurpose through landscape design. My site of choice was the Jayhawker Towers Courtyard located on 1603 W 15th Street, property of the University of Kansas. 5 towers surround the grounds of the courtyard: towers A -E. The current layout of the court yard mimics the jagged edges of the towers. A large portion of the site is reserved for accessible, staff, and emergency parking. The large concrete areas dominate the greenspace A. Parti drawing showing the footprint of the towers
