Mix both parts together in the hands for 1-2 minutes.

After 1-2 minutes, an even colour is achieved.

Form the mixture into the appropriately shaped device and leave in place to set for up to 4 minutes.

Ensure the orthotic is completely set before attempting to trim.

If necessary, the orthotic can be trimmed with a scalpel after setting.

Final smoothing can be completed using a drill.

The final orthotic is very strong and resists tearing, allowing the user to produce more complicated, longer lasting orthotics.
