2025 Graduation 1,014days.Thatisexactlyhowlongithasbeensincemanyofourfirstdayhere.Iwalkedthrough thosebigreddoorsinthefrontanditalmostfeltsurreal.Iwassointimidatedbythecityskyline onthewayhere.Butduringtheadmissionsprocess,Ifeltsocomfortableinthisbuilding.Inthese 1,014daysofbeingaDLSAstudent,thatcomforthastrulystayedpresent.NomatterwhatIwas doingduringtheday,itfeltlikeIbelongedandthatIwasinmysecondhome.Fromadvisorywith Ms.Erika,toBoyshomeroom,toeachclassroom.Everythingfeltsonaturalthroughmythree yearshere.Formeandformanyofmyfellowclassmates,ithasfeltliketheyearshavegonebytoo quickly.Andwhenyousay1,014days,itsoundslikealongtime…buttous,it'sbeenveryshort.
