THE WINTHROP EAGLE CLUB The Eagle Club is the official fundraising arm of Winthrop Athletics, and relies on annual contributions by its members to offset the cost of student-athlete scholarships, build and maintain first-class facilities, and fund 17 varsity sport programs. We aim to increase overall revenue and membership each year in order to keep up with the rising costs of running a successful athletics program.

EXAMPLE 1 Jane Does is an Executive-level member of the Winthrop Eagle Club after donating $4,000 to the Eagle Club and $1,000 directly to Volleyball Scholarships. $4,000 + $1,000 = $5,000 (Executive Level)
EXAMPLE 2 Eddie Eagle gave $600 to the Eagle Club, $300 to Women’s Lacrosse, and $300 to the De’Andre Adams Memorial Endowment – these gifts move him up to the Golden Eagle level. $600 + $300 + $300 = $1,200 (Golden Eagle Level)
