About the Programme //
UWE Fashion Textiles is a Studio based programme which aims to ignite and nourish our Student’s curiosity; enabling them to develop creatively and professionally. We celebrate experimentation and support students in finding their unique creative voice through the delivery of our 3 platforms : Fashion Design, Textile Design or Fashion Textile Futures.
The programme gives student’s an overview of the whole Fashion Textile industry – from the design and production of Textiles and Garments - through to the development of Interdisciplinary content for wider Fashion contexts. Students are challenged to test and explore the parameters of the subject and to explore diverse approaches to the production of Fashion.
The programme is 3yrs full-time, 4 yrs including a year in Industry.
