I am a change enabler and a systems designer for the benefit of all. My experience comes from service design consultancy, innovation, and user experience/research. It has been three years working with cross-functional teams in human-centered innovation projects. During this time, I applied various design methodologies such as service and legal service design, future design, and agile while collaborating with clients across different industries including financial and insurance services, healthcare, education, and communication solutions.
I am a sustainability enthusiast. A great part of my life revolves around incorporating sustainability and social impact into every project and decision I make. In my career, it translates into ensuring people, profit, and the planet’s interests are considered while solving complex problems and building a better tomorrow for everyone.

Designed an innovation project to communicate pension plan relevant information to clients using gamification. It sought to reduce churn rates, decrease volume in back processes and the improvement of customer loyalty.
