RELIABILITY

During the winter season, we have a 24 hour emergency line, we monitor the weather around the clock and will rapidly mobilize our crews in a snow event. Our full time staff is ready to respond, with back-up staff and equipment waiting on hand. We keep up-to-date by purchasing new, state-of-the-art equipment every season.

We have on staff certified and experienced Arborists for tree care, herbicide trained professionals for weed control, as well as consulting experts and pruning specialists.

SAFETY AND QUALIFICATIONS

Our personnel is well versed and tested on their knowledge and skill of all provincial and federal guidelines. Their rigourous training includes studying comprehensive reading material, as well as attending government educational seminars and workshops.

We are in the process of obtaining a COR (certificate of recognition) in the province of Alberta. We are members of SIMA (Snow and Ice Association, LANTA (Landscaping Alberta Trade Association), and the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Along with the City of Calgary and local communities, we offer complimentary services to help improve city parks by keeping them clean and better maintained for the enjoyment of the residents.
