Dear Division 7,
I can’t believe it’s already March and that our transition to the next term has begun. First and foremost, I want to thank you for all the effort you’ve put into Key Club. It has been an honor to work alongside you and the incredible clubs in our division. I deeply appreciate the dedication of our club officers and advisors, who have worked tirelessly to support our organization. Every member who has spent their time serving the community deserves recognition, and we should all be proud of what we have accomplished this service year.
Even after SLC, new opportunities will continue to open for everyone. If you are passionate about Key Club and want to take on a leadership role, consider running for an officer position in your home club. Elections typically take place between February and the beginning of the school year in August.
For those looking to expand their impact and connect with leaders from across Georgia, I encourage you to apply for the vacant Lieutenant Governor position. This role involves filling out questionnaires and completing an interview process. More detailed information will be released soon after SLC. Regardless of your position, every member is equally valuable to our organization, and your commitment to service plays a crucial role in advancing our community.
Though my term is coming to an end, I am always available to answer any questions, or provide useful resources related to Key Club. A new, talented Lieutenant Governor will soon serve our division, but I would still love to support you in any way I can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and most importantly, continue your dedication to Key Club and community service.
DUES UPDATE FOR 2025-2026
International Board dues were increased from $7 to $10 at ICON 2024 due to inflation and insurance fees. Additionally, Georgia District decided to increase district dues from $7 to $10 last winter board training to prevent a budget deficit. The mandatory dues increase will make the club minimum dues $20. International - $10 District - $10 Club - Depends on the financial situation This will be applied starting from the next dues season.

VACANT LTG POSITION
Those who were not able to attend SLC will have a chance to submit an written application to become an LTG after SLC. After answering a series of questions in google form to explain why one could be a best fit for future Lieutenant Governor position, our District Governor will have a 1:1 interview to determine the final selection for the board members. Since this will be a process after SLC, there is a possibility that one may serve as an LTG for their division, but the tasks given to serve for the district/division will not change and you can always contact your home clubs virtually.
Candidates from both process will have to sign a Lieutenant Governor service agreement which will be released by the district soon- this requires signature from your legal guardian, faculty advisor, Kiwanis advisor, and your school principal.

Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with your responses. If your club has a sponsoring Kiwanis club, please forward this email to their secretary, and use the data to fill out Annual Acheivement form for your club.
