Cucina Italiana

concept represents decades spent exploring the diverse flavors and trends across various regions of Italy and a culinary culture that is beloved worldwide.

Upon embarking on this project, I focused on an expansive canvas where I could creatively incorporate ingredients from the entire region. As such, this menu features diverse flavors, some new and others traditional, in taste and texture.

This concept inspires me to combine all the great flavors of Italian food with a family dining experience. My vision is for generations to sit, relax around a table, and have great friends enjoy each other’s company. To see smiles, hear laughter, and offer a flavorful tour of Italy that delights every diner.

Our staff is equally excited about crafting beautiful presentations and incredible traditional and new flavors for our guests.

This project represents both immense pride and a thrilling challenge, made even more significant by its association with the esteemed Divi Resorts brand. I hope these dishes delight your palate and bring you a memorable dining experience.
