We have exciting new upgrades coming to Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort!
Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is pleased to announce an exciting renovation plan for the Beach Towers (A-D, Phoenix Phase ll). Starting September 2023, your buildings will undergo an impressive upgrade with a fresh and distinctive new look in every room.
As significant changes have not been made to Phase ll since 2017, the goal of this renovation is to improve your investment to ensure:
1. Quality vacations and pride of ownership for years to come
2. It continues to meet or exceed the quality of competing resorts in Aruba
3. It maintains trading power within the Interval International and RCI exchange networks should you choose to travel to other destinations
Over the past year, we’ve completed these improvements and upgrades around the resort:
• Lobby new chairs, tables, and water feature
• Redesign of the Sundry shop
• The opening of the Aruba Aloe store
• New tables, chairs, and sofas at purebeach
• New tables and chairs at puredeli
• New pool loungers
...And there’s more to come!
The timing of this renovation is in line with hospitality industry standards and guidelines.
This extensive renovation project will encompass the following buildings:
Beach Tower - A, B, C, & D: September 2023 (starting with Bld. D) – December 2024 (ending with Bld. A)
Exterior Work – The Developer will cover the entire expense
Improvements will be made to eliminate wear and tear, cover interior and exterior work, and make the resort eco-friendly. A summary of what is included in the renovation plan is detailed below:
Interior Work
• New kitchen cabinets
• New kitchen backsplash
• New appliances
• New kitchen housewares
• New vanity cabinet, sink & faucet
• Complete interior painting
• New artwork
• New mattress
• New balcony furniture
• New HVAC
• Cleaning all HVAC ductwork
Exterior Work
• New balcony flooring
• New balcony exterior trim
• New modern glass railings
• New roof color
• Complete exterior painting, including corridors

The Developer will be covering the cost of the exterior work, but there is also a financial responsibility among the owners for the other work included in this renovation. The increase to cover the work ranges from $300 to $800 per interval/week and will be reflected in your next operating fees notice.
This renovation was prepared with you in mind to enhance your vacation experiences and beautify your home away from home at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort. Please be patient as the dedicated construction crew and resort staff work to make your vacation ownership the most enviable in Aruba.
Please note that if you plan to travel while your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar unit. As always, you must pay your operating fee, including the increase, before you can travel or exchange.
