Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is pleased to announce an exciting refresh for Buildings A & B in July 2025. Every room will be upgraded with a fresh, modern design and distinctive new touches throughout.
Since Buildings A & B have not seen significant updates since 2017, this renovation is designed to protect and enhance your investment by ensuring:
1. Quality vacations and long-term pride of ownership
2. Quality standards that match or exceed competing resorts in St. Maarten.
3. It maintains trading power within the Interval International and RCI exchange networks should you choose to travel to other destinations.
• Fully renovated interior of the beachfront studio and onebedroom units
• Completed a full renovation of the Vacation Ownership Preview Gallery
• Upgraded pool and beach furniture throughout the resort, including new chairs at pureocean pool and umbrellas at Gizmo’s Restaurant & Bar
• Opened new upper-tier offering, Oceans at Divi Little Bay, a 98-room paradise overlooking the pureocean pool
• Refreshed menus throughout the resort, including a complete new rebrand at the Shack
• Opened Mix at Oceans, a new rooftop restaurant and bar
• Opened Slice Pizzeria close to pureocean pool
• New cabanas added at the Infinity pool
The timing of this property update is aligned with hospitality industry standards and guidelines.

This renovation project will take place between July and late Fall of 2025, and will include the following buildings: Buildings A&B
Improvements will address signs of wear and tear, include both interior and exterior updates, and enhance the resort’s eco-friendliness.

Divi Little Bay Beach Resort will contribute to the cost of this project, but financial responsibility will also be shared among the owners, which will result in a temporary increase in operating fees. This increase will be approximately in the range of $1,100 to $2,100, and will be reflected in your next operating fee notice.
This renovation was prepared with you in mind to enhance your vacation experiences and beautify your home away from home at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. We appreciate your patience as the dedicated construction crew and resort staff work to make your vacation accommodations the most enviable in St. Maarten.
Please note that if you plan to travel while your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar unit. As always, you must pay your operating fee, including the increase, before you can travel or exchange.
