THE AUDACITY TO DREAM
DIVINE SPECTACLE LLC

There’s no time like now With current events and the state of the world seemingly leaving little to feel hopeful about, it can feel easy to just rinse and repeat This is exactly why it’s critical to dream right now. Abundance, prosperity, joy, and equity aren’t woo woo or buzz words; they’re experiences and states of being that you are worthy of.
This workbook exists to provide guidance to help you get out of your own way, and undo the limitations imposed on you to remain small. Use this to:
Create space and permission to dream expansively
1. Envision the life you wish to live and embody, or to help you think big about a goal you desire to achieve 2.
What would your life be with limitation to what you can imagine? Have the audacity to dream big. Then use your gifts to transform the world

To ensure you can maximize this experience and your potential, create an environment that feels safe and cozy.
Here are a few tips:
Remove clutter and wipe down surfaces with an essential oil that you like, or one that inspires creativity (citrus is a good one)
Light a candle near where you plan to write If it’s scented, try to choose one that will enhance the energy to support you through this. Again, this can be citrus, or ones that clear energy or are relaxing like sage, frankincense, or lavender.
Take a shower or bath before you start. Envision washing away anything that is not supporting you or the goals you wish to achieve.
Wear something comfy and promotes a feeling of relaxation. This is not the time to feel confined by tight clothing This is symbolic - you want to feel like you have space to invite newness in.
Ensure you have quiet, or can set the mood with tunes that are relaxing in nature You can find a chill lofi mix on YouTube or play nature sounds.
Have a notebook or journal handy to capture limitless responses and reflections
Before you start, take a few deep breaths Fill your belly with the inhale from your nose, and exhale from your mouth You can even think of the following while you do this:
Inhale: I am open and ready to receive all good. Exhale: I release what holds me back.
Make sure you are comfortable and feeling ready before you begin (follow the tips under GETCOMFORTABLE). Set a timer for 10-15 minutes, and answer the following question: Whatwouldlivingmybestlifelookandfeellike?
Get carried away by this exercise! Remember to capture your responses in a notebook or your favorite journal. Don’t limit yourself. 2025 Divine Spectacle LLC

How did that feel for you? Note your breath (is it calm, rapid, shallow, etc ), and any sensations you feel in your body Did you hold back in any way, or feel you had to make the exercise “realistic”? Take a few minutes to reflect, and then you ’ re going to try again
What are some limiting beliefs you have?
Think of a time when you felt unstoppable What happened? What did you do? What made that possible?
What version of yourself needs to show up for the life you ’ re trying to create?
Before re-doing the exercise, take a few minutes to engage all five of your senses. What would your best life look, feel, smell, taste, and sound like? Here are a few questions to help you out:
What does your home and environment look like? What colors are your walls painted? What accents do you have in your space? What artists’ work do you have hanging on your walls? Who is there with you?
What kind of meals are you eating? What do you like to cook or have cooked for you? What restaurants are you making reservations at? What do you like to sip on?
What scents fill your day? What soap, shower gel or bubble bath are you using? What candles are you burning? What perfume or body oil are you wearing?
What does your closet look like? What fills your wardrobe? What colors make you feel like your best self? Which designers or stores are you shopping at? What does your power suit or outfit look like?
What are you watching or listening to? What podcasts or YouTube channels are you tuning into for inspiration or business advice? What conferences or shows are you attending?
Where is your next vacation? How long are you there for? Does anyone go with you? What attractions or places are you visiting while there?
What career do you have? What are your God-given gifts that you get to share with others? How much are you making monthly? Yearly? Do you have any interests or passions you do on the side? Do you get to travel for work? Do you have a website? What does it look like? What colors and fonts are used? What kind of clients do you have? How do you help them? Do you have speaking engagements? What kind of partnerships do you have?
How are you feeling? What lights you up? What brings you joy? What practices do you have to start and end your day successfully? How much sleep are you getting daily? Do you have an exercise routine or gym membership? What do you like to do to move your body? How are you feeling in your body?
What kind of mindfulness and gratitude practice do you have? What are you doing to stay grounded?
In what ways are you contributing to your community? Do you volunteer at an organization you ’ re passionate about? Do you fundraise or are you on the board of directors? What philanthropy practices do you have? Do you care for the unhoused, the elderly, or stray animals? How are you giving back?
I am worthy of my wildest dreams. There is a part of me that knows all things are possible. I allow myself to dream big.

Take a few deep breaths, reflecting on your responses from the five senses exercise. Now set your timer to answer the following question. This time, think bigger! Push past limiting thoughts: Whatwouldlivingmybestlifelook, feel, smell, taste, andsoundlike?

Take one minute to do a few deep breaths and be present with your body How was this time different? What emotions do you feel? Do you think you can go deeper still?
In this moment, I am feeling…
Thinking about the best possible future for myself makes me realize
In order to create this future, I now know I need
In order to create this future, I will release
I am now looking forward to

Regardless of how big you think your vision is, it all starts with a seed Think about your dream life or goal(s), and identify 3-5 things that you can do to contribute to that vision These actions don’t have to be grand to start; small actions gain momentum over time. Think about what capacity you have, or will have, to show up for your dream, and write those actions down
If your dream is to live your most vibrant and healthy life, then a few actions you can take may include:
Planning meals for the week ahead
Bringing a list to the grocery store to ensure you get everything you need and can avoid impulse buying
Making more meals at home and trying new recipes
Settling into bed by a certain time every night
Walking for 30 mins 3x/week

What do you give yourself permission for while on this journey? Visioning a life you ’ re excited about will take commitment and action. There are going to be times when you don’t have the energy, or feel discouraged It’s perfectly fine to give yourself the time and space you need until you feel energized again Write yourself a permission slip below Examples can include:
I give myself permission to take a night off It feels good to just curl up and watch my favorite show.
I give myself permission to rest. I don’t always want to ‘do’. Sometimes, I just need to ‘be’.

Make your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being a priority There may be times when each area will demand more than the others. Pay attention to how you feel and the messages your body reveals Always do the best you can.
There are numerous studies done regarding the importance of sleep. Create the circumstances to help you unwind peacefully at the end of the day. Put your phone down and turn the TV off at least 30 mins before bed.
Share your vision with only those you trust; and even then, keep it to a limited few. You want to invite the energy of excitement in without countering it with the limiting mindset of others You also want to entrust an accountability partner to support you, and have cheerleaders motivate you.
Celebrate the wins - big and small. Everything is energy, and you want to do your part in creating more of the energy you want There will undoubtedly be a few fumbles. Grant yourself grace and make sure you ’ re enjoying the process
Capture your journey in a notebook or journal; it’s something you’ll have to reflect on (and have as testimony) in the future. Also, revisit your timeline weekly (or at least once a month) to see how you ’ re on track or how you can pivot.
Make mindfulness and gratitude daily practices.
Always leave room for magic and miracles.
